 + -1 moreI replaced the windows in condo that was built in 1972 w single hung windows. The selling point was that these were awesome windows and an alternative to double hung for FL. They were installed 7/8/21. I had concerns about the caulking and forwarded pictures 7/11/21 - 3 days after installation. I was told they would not redo the caulking. The windows have a lot of condensation. Condensation is normal. However not huge puddles of water. I am experiencing areas of mold in less than 6 months. The owner refused to come and look, told me to get a dehumidifier and he would no longer discuss the situation. HUGE waste of money.

 + 1 moreExcellent work. Mr Harvey has worked for my mother for about 20 years, so I called him when I had really dirty upholstery and tile grout. Not the cheapest provider, but if you have a tough job, or if you want to be sure that the provider will go the extra mile to make things work, this is the man to call. He went to the site ahead of time to make sure that the building manager would let him in, and to be sure that the water access was suitable. The building manager told me that he had never seen a better tile and upholstery cleaner.

 + -1 moreThese guys are pros - all of them. Kevin is an old hand at glass, mirrors and enclosures for showers, windows, storefronts and other applications. They take time and do it right. Chris, Kevin's son, spent as much time laying painter's tape for caulking as he did installing the frame. They are easy to work with, they communicate well, they know their business cold, and they're personable. Their work is impeccable. They are extremely busy because they are so good. For glass, mirrors and windows, they are the first company I will call in the future.

 + 0 moreThe crew was very punctual, professional, polite, very concerned with the quality of the installation. Cleaned up everything at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the overall results and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Removed existing windows, sliders and front door. Replaced same with hurricane-impact windows, sliders and door. Removed all bolts in walls from old hurricane shutters, filled holes and painted them.
