Window Glass & Sliding Glass Door Repair

Called Chuck this morning and he came a couple of hours later. Did repairs and was out the door in about 45 min. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again!!

Great! I called Chuck yesterday and we scheduled the apt for today. Luckily, he had an earlier apt open up and he got here around 9:30 am. By 10:30a, my door was working perfectly. He replaced the track and wheels on my sliding glass door. The track was badly damaged, but Chuck replaced it. He also showed me how to keep the wheels in good working order. He's been doing this for many years and he's very good at it - fast & efficient, but thorough. Cannot say enough good things about him/his company.

On time and excellent repair

Chuck was able to schedule an appointment with 2 days notice. Chuck arrived on time, did great work and the price was exactly as quoted. Very pleased with the service and very happy to be able to use our sliding doors!

Chuck Bailey told me on the phone what was needed and what it would cost. He came out when he said he would and made the repairs we discussed for the price that was quoted. He also sold me a new door handle to replace our old damaged one. I felt he charged me a bit too much for the new handle, but it does look nice on the door.

Mr. Bailey showed up on time, went to work immediately and was in and out in 45 minutes. The door is like new. He did an awesome job!

I contacted Chuck Bailey Installations, Inc. on Monday and they came out the very next day to do the work. My experience was wonderful and hassel free. Both men were extremely courtious, knowledgable and professional. My husband and I have lived in the Central Florida area for close to forty years and we would highly reccomend this company.

He did not do the repair, but was very helpful in providing an alternate.

I called Chuck Bailey on morning of 8/20/2010. He was in middle of a job that would take another 90 minutes or so plus drive time to new house. Expected him to get to house around 2:00. Turned out his job finished early. He called about 12:30 to say he was on the way but I missed that call. I also missed the call he made when he arrived but I was able to call him soon afterward. Chuck was able to get started on the window repair from the outside even though I was not there to open up the garage. He called again to ask if could go into the garage from the window and I gave him permission to do so. So while I was driving to the house Chuck was already on the job working. By the time I got there the job was about 90% done. He had his work table set up in the driveway and did a custom glass cut to fit my window size. Beside the single glass plate that was cut to size he also reglued the cosmetic grille pieces (makes this one larger window look like 6 smaller windows). This job portion cost $125 total. Once finished I gave him some measurements to a broken window for my old house and he did another custom glass plate for that window. This second glass item was $25. I also showed him my sliding glass door and mentioned that the door lock was broken. He had a new one on his truck and offered to replace what I had for $15.00. I said "Sure!" and in 5 minutes another job was done that I thought I would have to do later. So overall I spent $165. Only problem I had was the second piece of glass. I had trouble making this fit on my old house. I thought I mis-measured the piece and contacted Chuck about it. He offered to meet me at my new house and trim a small section from it or just cut me a new piece of glass. After another try I found that my small plastic from had a little bit of give to it and I was able to use that second piece of glass without further resizing. I advised Chuck and thanked him for the offer.

CHUCK DID A GREAT JOB, PROVIDED US WITH QUALITY WINDOWS AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. HE ALSO DID THE INSTALLATION IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DISPLAYED PROFESSIONAL QUALITY WHEN ALL WAS DONE.
