We wanted to replace our very old sink and faucet. The new single bin sink was several inches deeper and the new faucet was taller and more flexible. Before purchasing the items I talked to Scott about things to be aware of with the new sink/faucet. His advice was very helpful. Justin came out to replace our old items and did excellent work. He was very meticulous and everything looks great. Because the old sink had been in place for many years, it was very challenging to remove it without damaging the counter. Justin also answered my many questions.

Waterhouse plumbing did a complete home re-pipe. I received several bids and they were by far the lowest. The owner Scott was very responsive and was able to help with insurance questions I had. The team came out and had my whole house re-piped and patched up in four days. They went above and beyond expectations. They were very professional, courteous and skilled. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Scott and his team for any plumbing need you may have.

Developed a leak in pipe under sink in master bath - fortunately we noticed before there was much damage. Since we needed someone to come out to repair, we added a few other plumbing items that needed attention. Scott was very flexible in setting up the date of work. Jacob was the tech and he was great. Access to the pipe in the cabinet beneath the sink was not easy and he gave us a couple options as to how to repair. He also took care of a few other items for us. Very professional. Water House was recommended by a relative.

First off the guy showed up at the door, had shoe covers on and was very polite and asked to see all the affected areas. He then went and put drop clothes everywhere and began getting his equipment out. He snaked it and had it cleared in a matter of minutes. The fellow then proceeded to get towels and rags and sprayed everything down with cleaner and cleaned the whole bathroom. I was so thrilled by their professionalism. These guys are the best

The work were accomplished within a short time and done professionally. Clean and tidy up the place before leaving. He tested the system to make sure correct installation.

Scott was introduced to me by my contractor. Scott arrived with pad and pencil and went to work right away listening to everything I said. When I asked him some questions he gave me good advice. He did a great job and everything works great. Scott is the plumber you want to call for any water problem. He is polite, hard working, takes great pride in his work. We had used Scott when he was with another company before he opened Water House to build a spa type shower and install an air tub. We were very happy with his work then and call him for all plumbing issues now. He is punctual, courteous and cares about the quality of his work. Very reasonable price-wise. He's a young guy, but is an old-fashioned Yankee plumber. Oh yeah, he wears shoe covers in your house and cleans up after himself.
