Emilio at Viera Tile came to the house within a day of my request for an estimate. During our consultation I showed him samples of the tile I wanted to use and we discussed what I wanted the shower to look like. Emilio gave me an estimate and a materials list so I could purchase the tile. We had a bit of a communication problem regarding the shower design; For example, I had requested a wall niche, but it was not included in the original estimate or the material list. As a result, I had to make another trip to the tile store and the cost went up but this small problem could have been avoided if there had been better communication during the planning and line by line item detail in the estimate. Overall it was a great experience: very good workmanship, at a very fair price and completed in record time. I would definitely recommend Viera Tile.

I was going to do this myself and chickened out. I did the demolition and got to the shower pan and liner and decided that it was too critical to have this done right. The tile store employee recommended Emilio at Viera Tile and Mable and he called me immediately and even gave an estimate over the phone. We immediately agreed to the price and he showed up on time and on schedule and started work. the only surprise was that we did not estimate the price for doing the accent band wound the shower stall. IT was only a few dollars more and we were happy to pay the price. I am impressed at his professionalism, speed at which the job was done, the clean up work and everything about his work. His helpe Mike is also very good. Mike cleaned up and even brought in the garbage cans after the garbage men made their pickup. I will be using Viera on the master bath next month
