TOTALLY VACUUMS

I took my Dyson Upright Animal here for warranty service. I literally dropped it off at 4:25 PM, went back to my truck to contact customer service to ask warranty questions and about if vacuuming baking soda, etc. on carpets would void the warranty, which they told me no, it would not void the warranty. Then I went back into the store when it was about 4: 50 PM to see about just picking the vacuum up to take it to a place hopefully closer to my house, so I wouldn't have to drive out, again, and low and behold, Mark already had it repaired and marked ready for pickup! Even though he was nearly closed, he waited patiently as I phoned Dyson, and the Dyson rep tried to figure out how to get a number they should have given me in the first place, needed to process the repair. Afterward, Mark took time to teach me about the Miele C2 canister, and showed me how it could be a much better fit for my current needs, even though it was already past closing. I greatly appreciate him taking time to help me, and even show me how a vacuum that is less expensive than my current one, could be a better match for me and my needs for when I decide to change vacuums. If you're in need of a great vacuum, definitely see Mark and let him know what kid of floors and rugs you have, so you can get the right vacuum, the first time!

Mark is the owner and I would highly recommend him. He fixed it immediately and it was not difficult for him at all. He’s a very professional guy and it works perfectly.

He is the most honest guy in town. Our housekeeper was using the vacuum to suck up Christmas tinsel off the carpeting and it all clogged up and the vacuum stopped sucking. No one knew what the problem was. We tried to pull it all apart and we couldn’t figure out why it was not sucking. I took it into Totally Vacuums and I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he found all these Christmas tinsel in there and that what was causing it to clog. What really pleased me was the fact that he could have easily charged me a lot more money and I would have never known.

Stopped by the store with broken vacuum cleaner on Saturday, June 15th. Problem was diagnosed and an estimate was provided. As promised I received a phone call on Thursday (June 20th) to let me know that my vacuum was all fixed and ready for pickup. Overall my experience with Totally Vacuums was excellent!!!

The next afternoon, Mark called me with the good news that the machine had been repaired and that he'd cleared out the glass that was creating the problems. He'd reconditioned the machine and that it could be picked up with the price being only $40.00. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs vacuum repair and I will use his services again if need be.

I had an issue with my Dyson Vacuum cleaner and called Dyson's repair line. After asking a few questions it was determined that I needed to take the machine in for repair. They placed me on hold and came back with a recommended shop, Totally Vacuums in Sanford, Florida. After dropping off the vacuum, I had a call within a few hours of what needed to be done, a new wire harness needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price of $70 to replace, repair, and clean the machine. It was done and ready to be picked up a few hours later. I have to admit, as much weight as Angie's List member's have on my buying decisions, it means a lot as well that the manufacture recommends a service facility. I thought for sure they were going to come back with Sear's, but was happy it was a small business. I picked up the machine and it works as good as the first time I plugged it in. Not only do I recommend using Totally Vacuums for any one looking to have a repair done, but to purchase a new machine there as well. Great shop, very professional.

The store owner was very knowledgeable and professional. I opted to purchase the rebuilt unit. A $100 trade in was given for my old damaged unit which would have cost about $100 to repair.

I found the owner at Totally Vacuums in Sanford to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! Fast repair as next day service was available at no extra charge. Price was reasonable and repair work was professional. No up sell attempts! I would definitely return to this shop for vacuum repair. I had initially tried another Vacuum shop, but found the sales person to be some what rude and pedantic. I did not pursue discussions about the repair work and walked out. I would rather do business with people that want my business! It was worth the extra 20 mile round trip drive to do business Totally Vacuums.

HE WAS VERY HONEST. I HAD THE VACUUM FOR TWELVE YEARS THAT I BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND ASKED IF I WANTED A NEW ONE OR WANTED MINE FIXED. HE FIXED IT, AND IT WORKS GREAT. HE IS AN EXCELLENT GUY AND VERY HELPFUL. HE IS VERY HONEST.
