It went extremely well. It took a long time to get the job scheduled, but once it was started Tomas and his crew did a great job. Tomas made every effort to ensure that I was happy with the work.

We have made purchases from this company many times over the years. We recently purchased sod from them, telling them specifically that we needed a variety of shade tolerant St. Augustine grass. An employee at Thomas Moreno helped my wife load the sod. When she got the sod home, I did not think it looked like St. Augustine, so she called the nursery back and was assured it was the correct sod. My wife went back to the nursery and we purchased more of the same, she asked the owners wife again and was told that this was the correct sod. We decided we wanted to install more sod, this time my wife was busy so I went to the nursery. I saw that there were two different types of sod and began loading the same variety we had recently purchased. I was told by an employee that that sod was not shade tolerant and that it was not even St. Augustine. I went home with the new sod to compare it with what I had just installed and make sure I was not wrong. Sure enough the new sod was not the same variety we had purchased previously. My wife called back, and we were told that we would receive replacement sod, which was fine, although i would have preferred they remove the old sod and replace it with the correct type. So today they called to say that they would drop the sod off on our driveway. The same driveway that I had just pressure washed. I asked if they could deliver the sod to the area to be re-sodded, which is about 100 ft from the driveway. they told me that they could not do that. I went over the situation with one of their employees, Daniel, again. He said that the employee that loaded the sod into my wife's vehicle was only a helper and that it was up to us to know which type of sod we were buying. That the employee of the landscape nursery didn't know anything about sod; which would mean that my wife, who is not an employee of a landscape company, should be able to pick sod from an area with multiple types of sod, each unmarked. I told Daniel that in light of the way we've been treated I'd prefer to just get our money back. He told me that he'd check with the owner and get back to me. I just got off of the phone with him and they said that they would refund us our money. To me, the money is really not the issue. It's the way they handled the whole situation. I will not use their services again.

We purchased two fountains from Thomas Moreno, one very large one for our lanai and a smaller one for the front courtyard. The girl placing the order could not have been nicer, offering suggestions and showing us various options. Thomas Moreno Jr. and crew were the guys who delivered and set up both fountains. The small one was fairly easy to install, but still needed to be positioned and leveled properly. The guys did a great job and it looks wonderful. The large fountain proved to be a little more difficult, but we were impressed with the care and diligence taken to make sure it was perfect. We had to leave to catch a flight and missed all the drama and hard work involved to get this fountain just right. Apparently one of the bowls was defective and had to be replaced. Thomas Jr. made 3-4 trips out to our house trying to figure out what was wrong, how to fix it and then finally arriving with Thomas Sr. to deliver the correct bowl. When everything was set up and turned on we were very happy with the results. The fountain works great, looks beautiful and we receive many compliments. Thomas Moreno is a family owned business and everyone there seems to really care about doing a great job.

It went very well. Moreno's plants are of high quality. They were very meticulous; made sure everything was completed properly, and the finished job looked good before they left. The employees at Moreno's are very hard workers and courtesy. Easy to work with. Answered all my questions and explained how to take care of new plants. provided and installed plants.
