This is one of the few people that have worked for us that I truly believe has integrity. His prices are fair. He does not find new things to do for you or charge you for. He is very flexible with schedule but seems to have a decent workload of other customers. He is very available by phone as well. He was always on time and even did some strange jobs for us. For example, we bought a fixer upper and did not realize that there were some drill holes in the concrete of the back of our house. I looked out one morning and a whole swarm of bees was surrounding our wall. I called him and he came quickly. It turned out that the entire part of that wall had a bee colony that had nested in it after we had some trees removed. I can honestly say there had to be thousands of them. You could hear them buzzing in the wall. He diagnosed the problem and came multiple times to fix and follow up with the problem to make sure his treatment was working. He charged us in addition to our annual fee for that but the price was lower than I would have expected and covered all of the times he followed up on that project. His annual work included multiple home visits where he treated the inside of the home as well as in the attic and swept the soffit, etc of the outside of the house. The only reason we did not renew with him was because we had some other things go wrong with the house that we needed to budget for. However, now we are starting to have an ant problem and he would be the first person I would call if we can't eliminate them ourselves. I would recommend him to anyone. I trust his work.

I have a continuing contract with him. He's very good, pleasant, punctual, responsible and a good person. His prices are great and I don't have to worry about bugs at all. He gets A's across the board.
