Mark responded in a timely manner and explained the process thoroughly. They applied the metal panels over our existing torchdown which eliminated a lot of debris. The trim finishes off the roof nicely and the entire roof looks great. They did a great job working around our solar tubes as well. They even covered a small run of exposed wood area at no extra charge. The job was started completed as expected and at the agreed price. I highly recommend T Mark Roofing!
