Called twice. I was a repeat customer including a complete pool enclosure rescreen about five years ago. They would not even call me back. I will never hire them again.

Came out and said we would have the prices in 24-48 hours. We contacted them 2 times with no return call. We called again and was told that we would have it that night or the next morning. We never received anything and they wouldn't call us back. The worst part is that they were a referral from a personal friend of theirs.

We worked with Len and Katherine Breehl on our patio improvement project. We had contacted another provider for a quote, but Len's price was more competitive and his suggestions were more interesting. Here is what we liked: (a) Their concept is very interesting: for the enclosure, instead of hollow vertical frames, they use frames filled with concrete. This means that you need less vertical beams (1 in 3) and the final result looks much more open than a traditional enclosure, (b) They have another element called CAPEA. These are high density foams which can be cut, textured and painted to create decorative elements. In our case, we had a pergola inside the enclosure and we asked for CAPEAs to replicate the wooden pillars of the pergola. The final result looks amazing, (c) Len made some interesting suggestions when designing the project, and he also listened to our suggestions. We made some changes along the way (e.g., added more CAPEAs) and the price increase was very reasonable, (d) Len's crew is very professional and very nice, (e) Len's team was able to handle multiple aspects of the job (enclosure, patio roof, concrete floor, concrete texturing and staining, decorative painting, door installation, paver work). Our friends tell us that our enclosure looks amazing and we are extremely happy with the end result. We highly recommend Summertime Enclosures for an enclosure project .

Overall, satisfied with this company. They are more pricey, but the end product is worth it as their screens are wider giving you a more beautiful complete view. The guys who came out to put up the enclosure worked hard, and kept very good communication with us on progress and any issues. The main office was often slow to respond, but eventually did. Only complaint we have is how long it took to get the job started and to completion, but I guess that is the nature of their field due to weather. Don't expect your project to get done under 3-4 months (you will see this complaint from many reviews here and on google). But once again, the finished project is well done and beautiful, so if you have the time, it is worth the wait.

we called for an initial estimate. I believed the cost for what we wanted would be too much but instead it became very affordable. We can't do the job at the present but will certainly call upon this company again in the near future.

I hired Summertime only because they came recommended by someone else. They seemed alright at the start. Summertime started the job when they said they would. Summertime started on the roof and completed that part just fine. When they started on the dome enclosure part is when it all fell apart. The designer that designed the dome enclosure part does not know what he is doing. They design by free hand and not by an auto cad program. They installed part of it and I had them stop and redesign it. The new design was slighty better, but the panels were still the wrong size. I setup an appointment for a final walk with on of the owners and he did not show up, he called the next week and said he did not remember. He said he would fix a crack in my concrete made by the workers and fix the leaks in the roof. I have not seen or heard from them since and I still have an open permit. The owners are young and have no idea what they are doing. I would not hire them or recommend them to anyone.
