The whole process was fast, accurate, and hassle free. The salesman, Tom, was prompt and convenient, and extremely professional. He provided an accurate and competitive quote. Storm Solutions installed the gutters in less than one day, and I have had no problems since the installation four months ago. I highly recommend Storm Solutions.

This is the third time that I have used Storm Solutions Inc. for work needed at my home. They have installed gutters, replaced a gutter due to storm damage and recently installed an underground drainage system for myself and my adjacent neighbor's gutters. As always, they were professional, polite and completed the work. as quoted, in a timely manner. Storm Solutions was one of three contractors we received quotes for the project. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and spent the most amount of time explaining the process, materials, and installation. Their quote was several hundred less than the highest quote, for basically the same materials. They were very flexible on the installation and came out on a Saturday to do the install. When thunderstorms forced them to end early, they came back on Monday and completed the job. We had one issue with a corner not being sealed, but after contacting the owner they sent the installers out while we were at work to fix it right up. The install team was excellent. They cleaned up all the excess materials and everything looks great. I would highly recommend them again.

They were on time. Finished everything in 1 day as promised. Did a great job accommodating the extra decorative walls in the front of the house and working around the deck in the back. Very happy and satisfied. Drainage is excellent. Have no more waterfalls coming off of the house in the rain!

It went extremely well, start to finish, in spite of all the rain we had during September. The crew was exellent and very neat. Really nice cutting and install of the soffits. We were also having the exterior of the house painted and Matt and his crew were flexible with the painter. The old gutters and soffits came off...painter came in and started his thing, and the Storm Solutions crew kinda followed right behind. The lawn drains took just about three days and there was a lot of digging, but Neil and Tom "Butch" knocked it out. What helped me decide were the discussions I had with Tom during the estimates for both the soffits/gutters and the drains. He did a lot of very clear and honest explaining of what could be done or what he judged might be the best soltions to what we had going on. Great job and well woth the investment in our home!

Tom, the estimator was great. He was punctual and professional and told me every detail of the project and what it would cost. I really couldn't ask for much more from the guy. The actual job looks great! The only negative to this whole experience, if there was one, was the workers left a few pieces of "scrap" gutter lying in and around my bushes. Overall, I would use these guys again if needed.

They did a great job! The estimator saw we had a French drain -- which we weren't entirely sure we had. They looked at it for free and estimated how much it'd be to fix the French drain and put the gutters up. One thing I appreciate is that they respected my wife. They did a good job on the work. It rains a lot, and the system is worth its weight in gold.

I selected Storm Solutions after getting estimates from 2 other companies. I selected them because the guy who came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and seemed to better understand the complexities of rain water management around my home. The workers came out as scheduled and did a really nice job. The guy who handled my project came out the following day and made some minor adjustments. So far, the new gutters have improved the water management issues around my home and are working nicely.

The estimator, Tom was great and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and I had so many questions. The workers who came out and did the work were friendly and detail oriented. What I most appreciated was that even though the work I needed done was a small job, every interaction with the company was courteous and responsive. We plan to use this company again when we are ready to get the underground drains installed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional, on time and a good price. What more could you ask for .

I got estimates from three Angie's List contractors. With the Angie's List discount, Storm Solutions was the cheapest. They asked if they could do the job on Saturday and I said yes. However, when they got into it, some of the soffet board was rotten. To do a proper job this needed to be replaced first. They gave me the name of a carpenter that could do the repair. Unfortunately it cost more to fix the soffets than install the the gutter. But the wood was rotten and I understood the large amount of work needed to do the repair. After the wood was repaired, they came back and completed the gutter installation in a few hours. We have had several big rains and the gutters have performed well. They also did some nice things for me like cleaning out the gutter on my lanai while they had their ladders up. Except for the rotten wood, it was a good experience, but that was not heir fault.

We initially had the back done a few weeks ago and the front done yesterday. The job was done well. Communication was above average and they were also able to accommodate a change on our part. They designed a plan and implemented it with speed and efficiency. The team was professional and we liked that they put up splash guards at strategic spots where the water could run fast off our steep roof. The fact that they were able to put up one long continuous gutter across our pool area was perfect. We always had a leak there because it was put up in three pieces. The gutters are of quality material and look great around our home now. Thanks Matt and team!

They were very quick and very professional. It was expensive. They came in and they did what they said they are going to do. The remodel they did was good.

Went well and there were no hidden costs and he spent a lot of time troubleshooting a roof leak. The job was difficult as it was 3 stories high, which is unique in Florida where most home are one level. I thought I paid an excellent price for the the service and paid exactly what was quoted. I would highly recommend.

Service was great. I'd called and had an estimate done a month or more prior, but wasn't able to get the gutters installed right away. When calling back to plan for the install, we were remembered and we were scheduled for the following weekend. It worked out perfectly. The job was completed in just a few hours. We had gutters installed around the entire house and so far everything has been perfect. It made a significant difference. Our back patio has a metal roof and the rain off of the second story roof would run off onto it, causing an almost deafening roar. Now all you ever hear is the rain. That was the biggest perk of the install for us. The gutters look amazing, but at the same time, you have to really look to notice that they're their. So we're quite pleased. The service was excellent as was the quality. Don't hesitate to contact them.

They did a really good job. They came out when they said they would to give us the quote. They were very reliable and showed up when they were supposed to and did what they agreed to do.The price ranged but the large homes were about $1,300. We were happy with the price and didn't get other quotes.
