All work was done neatly and efficiently.

It was a great experience from start to finish. We got quotes from several other top rated Angie's List companies. Storm Solutions came to the table with the lowest quote. The quote was provided quickly and it was very straightforward. We scheduled the installation for a few days after I told Matt he had won the job. They installed the gutters and leaf guards exactly as they had drawn up on the initial quote and did a great job. Within a couple of days, they sent a bill to me via email which I was able to pay quickly and easily online without any extra fees or issues. After about 3 weeks, we noticed that one of the downspouts was installed in an area that was creating a lot of mud and dirt flowing out into our driveway from one of our flower beds. I sent an email to Matt and he stopped by and installed an extension on the downspout free of charge which fixed our problem. This is a great company. Not only did charge a very fair price, the customer service from this company was outstanding. Matt responded quickly to all of my emails and phone calls and they performed the service even better than promised. I have been recommending them to all of my friends and family. This is a great local company and I highly recommend them.

This job overall went very well. Matt Coyne came out to the house initially to assess the job and provide a quotation. Matt was knowledgable, answered questions, and provided his insights on the approach to the job. A two man crew did the installation on a Saturday very rapidly and efficiently. Matt even accommodated a last minute request on my part to pitch the gutter on the rear of the house in such a manner that could eliminate a downspout at one end. The clean up was generally fairly good but I encountered some shreds of aluminum scraps in the shrubs around the house while doing the hedge trimming in the weeks following the gutter installation. Some weeks after the job was done, I discovered a problem with the installation of the gutter guard in one area. A phone call to Matt was all it took for him to get his guys out here again to remedy the situation satisfactorily. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done by Storm Solutions in this gutter replacement project.

Matt and I talked on the phone about the need for gutters. We set a date for him to come by and give me an estimate. He arrived just when he said he would and we did a complete walk around the house to look at existing gutters and the areas where new gutters were needed. He gave me an estimate then with a 10% Angie's Discount and called me later that day to set an install date just as he said he would. We did get rained out on my install date, but we rescheduled for the following week. His men came just as he said they would and worked efficiently and professionally, cleaning up neatly. They answered any questions I had and even did some extra caulking for me in the area they were installing the gutter. I would recommend Matt and his crew to others for the same kind of work.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. The work was done in just a couple hours with no debris left behind.

Despite hard rains the day before; they showed uo at time estimated. worked thru rain to compleye job in great time. Crew was courteous, professional and and worked quickly. highly satisfied wtih job done. answered all questions, in sausfactory manner.

Arrived at agreed time. Set up a ladder that didn't damage shingles. Cleared the gutters by hand. Put leaves in bags. Rinsed gutters with hose. Returned hose to hanger. Cleared other leaves from roof valley. Picked up and left. Did good job.

Matt did exactly as stated. I had a few concerns when finished about the pitch and direction of one guttern/downspout. He promtly came back out and fixed this concern and now all gutters look great and work great. During the bidding process Matt even pointed out that a place where two other gutter companies had wanted to place a downspout wouldn't work because of the pitch of the flat roof. He was definitely right and something the other two companies should have noticed. His price was slightly less than the other two companies due to a more affordable leaf cover that is clearly still very high quality. I would recommend this company again.

We were very, very pleased with Storm Solutions Inc's workmanship. They're very, very efficient and on time. My wife was very, very pleased. She said they were very courteous, very professional and very responsive.

Squirrels had been chewing on the facia board around my home for the past year. I called Oveido Roofing (who did an outstanding roofing job for us in 2010) and asked if they repaired/replaced facia and soffit. They did not but highly recommended a company they used for both commercial and residential jobs - Storm Solutions. I called Storm Solutions and owner, Matt Coyne, came over to look at my problem and give me an estimate. He told me what would be done and approximately how long it would take. While we were walking around my house he saw the terrible-looking ceiling on my porch living area out by my pool. He suggested bead board would be a great solution to replacing the ceiling and it would never need to be repainted or replaced again. I have two skylights on the porch and he stated that his folks would definitely run the bead board into the skylights also. Two of his employees, Kevin and Dave, came out on the appointed day and time and started working. They did an outstanding job replacing all the facia and soffit - will not have to worry about squirrels again. The facia was all custom cut at the job site - my house - and it looks fantastic. After that work was completed they started the bead board work on my pool porch. It took them 4 hours per skylight (very hard angles and tedious work) and then they did the remainder of the ceiling. Matt had suggested that I replace my 20-yr-old porch fans (which had once been white but were now yellowish with age). Kevin and Dave removed my old fans and built my new ones (including light kits) and installed them (at no extra charge) after the ceiling was completed. I was so impressed and happy about all the work they had done that I decided to have my second porch ceiling "bead boarded". Matt made sure the material was delivered promptly and Kevin and Dave went to work again. Second porch ceiling looks great and they even took out my old light fixture and replaced it with a new one I had purchased - again at no extra cost. As if that weren't enough, Matt came over during the install process and blew all the leaves out of the gutters around my pool area - where they tend to congregate even though I have a screen over the gutters there. My entire experience with Storm Solutions was a great one and I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

They did a great job installing the gutters and soffit. Professional, clean and did it when they said they would. Even worked on Sat. I would hire them again and highly recommend them

Estimate was fast and free. Install was fast and professional!

They came as scheduled and made repairs very quickly and were gone. I have no complaints about their work. They were on my roof so I did not personally observe them. They were very professional with quote and appointment setting.

Matt of Storm Solutions came to the house to give me an estimate for gutters and leaf guards which was below others I received. On the appointed date, two installers came, announced themselves and got right to work. The gutters and leaf guards were installed within two hours and, when finished, the installers cleaned up after themselves. The gutters look fabulous. It hasn't rained yet but I'm sure I'll be pleased then too, but if there are any problems, Matt said to call and let him know.

The two man crew was fast, did a great job and were respectful. The quality is better than most. The price was definitely right. I compared Matt's quote against two other companies. Matt was able to accommodate all of my requests: Color Match downspouts, location of splash guards and downspouts, and scheduling. The crew cleaned up after themselves, including the yard and landscape areas where some smaller pieces of aluminum clippings had been dropped. There was no trash or scrap left on the roof; like I've seen other companies do many times. I would absolutely recommend Storm Solutions to anyone and would use them again myself.

Apparently, on the initial visit, Matt went to my neighbor's house by mistake. He subsequently came and tried to fix the problem, but was not successful. He then made recommendations as to what companies he thought were better equipped to deal with the issues involved, which I very much appreciated.

It didn't go well since they didn't bother to show up or call.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and his company. He came out and provided an estimate promptly, was easy to get a hold of and courteous, and the work was completed in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. He has a wide range of colors and was able to match the gutters to the trim and the downspouts to the walls. We had over 235 ft of gutters with hidden hangers and leaf guards installed with over 75 ft of downspouts. Very high quality seamless gutters, went ahead and had the leaf guards installed at the same time to ensure proper installation and function as they are specific to the gutter and not cheap home improvement knock offs. Also get a better pricing as they are already out there. Installation was seamless and the fit is perfect, I had a few downspouts which I wanted run in a specific way so they would not be seen from the street and it was done perfectly. Also cleaned out the one section of existing gutters around the screened enclosure at no charge. Came in on estimate without any extra surcharges. Highly recommend for others who want to get the water away from the house.

Storm Solutions Inc was very professional and very efficient. They did a very nice job. They are very good company and they know what they are doing. I will use them in the future.
