They were very nice to work with and knowledgable about their field. They attend real estate classes when possible to further their practice. Because they are a team, we were able to get two perspectives during our house search and someone was always available to meet us, if not both. I sent Brian many listings all over town and they helped to narrow the search down to one area. They are the kind of realtors that can also be friends and have two children of their own. Aside from being realtors, they are also property managers, so if you ever decide to rent your home out they can assist with that, as well, and have many resources for home repair and improvement if you need a referral. I highly recommend.

Brian and Ingrid went out of their way to assist us in finding and purchasing a new home in the Orlando area. Being from out of town, we were at a disadvantage, but their diligence and flexibility made the difference. They provided listings per our specs almost daily; they accommodated periodic trips from Chicago, pre-planning and then touring us between neighborhoods as we tried to figure out what we wanted and what was available in those areas. We even did some ?virtual walk-throughs?? with Brian doing FaceTime as we watch from Chicago. They were never pushy or exasperated with us?just consummate professionals.
