Solar-Tite has been the industry leader for over 30 years when it comes to window and door installation and have become one of the largest suppliers of energy efficient windows and door products in Orlando and the Central Florida cities. We handle a complete line of aluminum, vinyl and wood products from windows and sliding glass doors to fixed glass and glass block and other related products. We partner with many of the largest brands including Peachtree, Silver Line by Andersen, PGT, WeatherShield, Mi Windows, Plygem Windows and Windoor among others to provide windows and doors to fit any budget - from affordable family homes to multi-million door homes. Solar-Tite offers a smooth installation process with its highly trained service department lead by a service manager with over 20 years experience. His crew consists of highly trained men in radio equipped trucks and two in-house technicians. Solar-Tite's president, Lee Holt, and vice-president, Johnny Holt, keep up with the trends and window codes by staying very active at the local, state and National Home Builders Association. Solar-Tite's team brings more than a collective 200 years of experience in the window and door industry. They remain committed to continuing education and can draw permits for window installations on their own. Growing up in the great state of Mississippi, Lee and Ruth Holt believe in "southern hospitality" that is personable and realiable. These traits have been passed through to each of their 5 children, all of whom work in the business. And although, like any company, Solar-Tite has a process to make your home's project run as smooth as possible with dedicated team leaders to handle all phases of your home's project, you can call any team member to make sure all of your concerns are taken care of quickly and to your satisfaction.

Very positive experience. The employees, Milton and Sedrick were very nice and professional and fixed our window leak. They took the time to show us what they did and gave us tips to help prevent it from happening again. Really appreciated them!

Windows were installed in a new home and have nothing but problems. The balances that they use self destruct and makes it extremely difficult to open the windows. Balances are a spring assembly that go on each side of the window, a kind of counter balance to make opening easier. I've contacted them and they show no interest in working with me.

Every appointment with the sales representative, through the preliminary measuring for the estimate, the final detailed measuring for placing the order, and the installation and post-installation follow-up was outstanding. I could not have been more pleased with a contractor.
Description of Work: I replaced all of the single-pane aluminum windows in my house with PGT Industries low-e, insulated glass, vinyl windows installed by Solar-Tite Windows and Doors. They are awesome windows. They have significantly improved the look of my house. They are very high quality in appearance and performance. I have had to turn-up the thermostat on our air conditioning systems because they are so energy efficient that they do not allow the summer sun and heat to penetrate into the house. The contractor, Solar-Tite Windows & Doors in Sanford, Florida did an awesome job installing them. They are extremely professional from the initial contact, through the sales cycle and ultimately installation.

Great experience. Company is family owned and operated. I had several questions and wanted a very specific style window. They never made me feel like I was bothering them as I had very many questions. They came to my house on several occasions while I was making my final decision. The installers were professional, polite, efficient and very attentive to details and made very little mess. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I researched over 5 companies and solar-tite provided the best customer service, price and professionalism of all. Thank you solar-tite!

The installer arrived promptly, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The sliders had been installed by Solar-Tite 15 years ago and now after all these years with the new rollers the doors slide much more easily again. The fact that the doors didn't need to have the rollers replaced in 15 years says a lot for the quality of the doors provided by Solar-Tite when our home was new.

Solar-tite originally installed the windows on our home. We rented the home and the renters completely broke a lock off of the window. At no charge, Solar-tite came out to fix the lock. They repaired it quickly, they were on time for the appointment and were very professional. We think they are a great company with great customer service! A+
