 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEM WHY I WAS ONLY REIMBURSED FOR HALF OF THE AMOUNT I WAS TOLD THAT THAT WAS THE AMOUNT THAT I HAD PAID WHICH I KNOW THAT I HAD PAID THE $1,225 WHICH WAS ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. AFTER ONE LONG GO AROUND THEY CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD REIMBURSED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE AND DREW A CONTRACT, WHICH WAS SIGNED AND ENFORCED FOR 11 DAYS, THEY TOOK A DEPOSIT FOR $1,225 AND ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD CANCELED THE CONTRACT. WHEN I GOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL I FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD ONLY REIMBURSED HALF OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT I PAID.

 + 0 moreThey did a great job. Their representative, Kenny Buskirk was very professional and accommodating. We did some comparison shopping before choosing Screen Master and found their prices to be lower than any of the other companies we interviewed. They did a great job following up with us after our initial meeting with Kenny. Each time they called they were professional and friendly. The installers arrived on time and left the work area very clean. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Added screen walls, door and 16" kick plate to an existing patio area.

 + -1 moreWhen we signed the contract, they said it would be about six months before we would have a screen. We totally understood since everyone was in need of a screen. They actually were able to start a week or two before that. The job was done in about a week and done very well. They were very reliable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. We even added a couple of different things, and they were very accommodating. We are very pleased with our screened in pool area.
Description of Work: They replaced our entire screen around our pool after the old one was destroyed by Hurricane Charley.
