+ 0 moreWe have used Sam at Sanford Pest Control for over 10 years and they have been consistently professional and reliable. They call us before the routine applications, are always on time, very flexible, will come out immediately for unique situations ;we had a hornets nest on one of the trees last year for example. They are always pleasant and communicate well. I would recommend to anyone. Their prices are fair about $260 annually for the inside and $200 for the outside, each 4 times a year.
Description of Work: Outside and inside pest control. We have a one acre lot and 2700 foot house.

+ 0 moreI THINK LIKE MOST LAWN SPRAY SERVICES, THEY DON'T DO EXTRA THINGS UNTIL YOU ASK THEM TO. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK THEM TO DO THE NORMAL THINGS THAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING. I FIND THAT WITH EVERY LAWN SPRAY I'VE HAD. THIS ONE DIDN'T SPRAY THE BUSHES LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
Description of Work: EVERY OTHER MONTH IT IS JUST A LAWN, BUSH AND HEDGE SPRAYING AND SOME TRIMMING.

+ -1 moreTHEY'VE JUST TREATED ME REAL WELL. IF I'VE EVER HAD A PROBLEM, THEY'VE RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. THEY CALL WITHIN AN HOUR. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY. THEY DON'T CUSS. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN THERE FOR US. IF THEY HAVE TO REVISIT, IT'S FREE OF CHARGE.
Description of Work: THEY COME IN AND SPRAY THE LAWN AND HOUSE FOR PESTS AND THE OUTSIDE FOR WEEDS. THEY FERTILIZE QUARTERLY AND THE INSIDE IS SPRAYED MONTHLY.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE VERY HONEST.
Description of Work: THEY DO A LAWN FERTILIZATION AND PESTICIDE SPRAY AROUND THE ENTIRE PROPERTY.
