It was very easy. Called to make appt and told them what I needed. The technician came out, had The parts necessary to complete job. Was there maybe an hour an half And changed out the outlets and put new circuit breaker in mail panel.

Very well! Smooth & Easy! Didn't take that much time to put the outlet in ! I will definitely call this Company again! They were friendly & accommodating ! A+++++++++

I called Sanford Electric and they not only came out within 30 minutes, but their electrician assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repairs in less than 60 minutes of his arrival! As I know next to nothing about electrical work, I could have been charged a lot more - They are very honest, knowledgeable and fair.

Phone call to company. Two days later tech called to set an appointment for following day. Three days wait for estimate. Tech was prompt and understood my needs. He left and took particulars back to office. Had to call office to inquire about estimate. We agreed that office would e-mail estimate. Two days later called twice to locate estimate. They said it was e-mailed twice. I never received. On fourth day I had to go to company to get estimate. Very involved process for very simple estimate.

It was an offer from Angies List....use the time to put a light into ceiling and connect it to wall switch,.,Good experience.

I used a Big Deal special and it was a great value. I had someone quote me triple the price with more extensive time and cutting in my ceiling to hang. I called and they were able to schedule time within the same week. I requested a first appointment and they called as they were in route arriving within 30 minutes of the call. The special was 2-hours of electrical work and he completed it with about 15 minutes to spare. The electrician had all the tools and parts required to remove the canned light and put up a brace that would hold the new light fixture/pot rack. The only part I was required to get was a medallion to cover the larger opening. He placed it exactly where I requested at the perfect height. The service was fantastic and the value was amazing. I had a quote for triple the price with more time as well as putting a new whole in my ceiling that I did not think was necessary. I will consider Sanford Electric for future electrical work in my home.

They ran a line from one fan in the attic to the other. He was punctual and we had no problems

Contacted Sanford Electrical Co II Inc on 3/21/2013. They were able to make it first thing next day. The Technician's name was Charlie who gave a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to arriving on time. Charlie was personable, competent, organized and neat. Job took 2 hours which was covered by $99 Big Deal. Materials (wire, switch, wall plate, junction box) came to $15. If it was possible, I would have given this experience an A+ across the board.

He was very efficient and did a great job. I would use him again.

Our garage interior lighting was not working. Ballasts and bulbs were replaced, swtitch checked. Fans were noisy; everything was tightnened and some blades rearranged. Detailed explanation given regarding installaiton of a balance kit. Checked and provided advice regarding smoke alarms. Review of problems and explanations were not rushed. Couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.

The job went well and the electrican was experienced. No problems were encountered and the job was complete in the 2 hour time alloted. I did not question the extra $10.00 charge as the ceiling box and wiring were provided by Sanford Electric Co.

He was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone and would call him again in a minute.

They were excellent. They were very professional and was able to do everything that we asked. They were very good and came out when they said they were going to be there. They finished their work very quickly and I would highly recommend them. Everything went very well.

I called them about 2:30 Thursday afternoon. They said they could have someone here at 7:30 the next morning. I said fine. They arrived on time and quickly resolved my problem.

We talked to them on the phone and gave them an idea of what we needed. They came prepared and they were efficient and took care of the work. They were clean and professional people and walked through and took care of everything that was needed.

I had made a list of electrical tasks I wanted to be done and prioritized since I had only purchased a two-hour deal. The electrician was keenly aware of the time limitation and did his best to do as much as his time permitted. My first priority was installing a new electric fan with remote control which he set about to do. He discovered that I had bought the wrong diameter of downrod, so I went off to buy the correct size while he continued on with the next prioritized items. He installed new wall light switches and then went on to test the integrity of every electrical wall plug in the house (recently purchased) which had some which were loose and did not work. He fixed all the non-working wall plugs. At that time I returned with the proper downrod, and he completed the installation and testing of the ceiling fand and its lights. He had to do some trouble shooting of the fan operation which required removing the fan and reinstalling. He strove to finish all the work in the two-hour limit which I greatly appreciated.

They did a great job. They did it timely. They were in an out in less than two weeks. I had no complaints. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if I had anything else that needed done. They knew how to get into my old home with out damaging the plaster or walls.

Gary and Jim were prompt and professional. I was a little confused when Gary advised that I had used the two hours I had paid for in the first hour because I was charged one hour per person, so I had to pay $90 in addition to the $89 I had already paid. I did not see that explained in the add.

The technician was exactly on time, listened courteously to what I wanted done, checked to see if it was possible and had the job done in two hours including clean-up. I was totally satisfied!

We were very pleased with our experience with Sanford electric. We recently added a wall in our home to create a new workspace and were concerned about the cost for adding additional electrical outlets. The cost was far less than we expected, the service technician even advised us on the best ways to us to proceed to save us money. They were on time, informative, and professional. I plan on using them again.

We prepaid for 2 hours of service. Frank Whitaker arrived and I explained I was mainly concerned about a couple of lights not working, but that if he had extra time, we had a couple other things for him to do. He smiled and said he should be able to get to all of it... and he did! He fixed about four broken lights in maybe 30 minutes! Then he installed two motion-detector lights/ flood lights in front of the garage and installed a ceiling fan. He went above and beyond my expectations. Very competent and knowledgeable electrician! I highly recommend this guy!
