+ -1 moreAwful experience. Mr. Reed took his time in answering any and all phone calls. However, not in the beginning. He always returned the call when we first began. Then, never answered. He would tell me he was on his way over, and it would be 3 weeks before we saw him again. The worker's are not qualified to do the work that they contracted on. His framer made a total mess of the Mansford roof, tearing off the corner prior to measuring and had nothing to go back to. Roof was more than 3 inch's off. One of worker's also stole from us. The owner promised to purchase a new item for us, and never did. All 4 skylights that were replaced leaked into the house. The porch roof had a 5 ft section leaking, and after the re-roof (where they left all the underlayment on (wet)) 60 ft of porch began leaking. Took over 3 weeks for him to return.
Description of Work: Re-roofing of a Mansford style roof (from hurricane damage) and re-roof leaking porch roof. Replace 4 skylights, all of which where placed on the house correctly, and they all leaked still.
