Came to my home at the exact time & provided a free estimate for replacement of bathroom mirrors & glass tops for my dining room table & other table furniture. I did not get the estimate right away as they did not have the right email address. He scheduled a time to come out & installed everything. He also cleaned everything. My furniture is now protected & looks great! Definitely recommend supporting this small business. Much better glass than the big box stores.

From the beginning, Pierce was a real professional. He really went the extra mile to design, and later install, the shower enclosure we needed. Because of the way our shower was constructed, the enclosure had an unusual angle and no doubt presented a challenge. But Pierce's installation was perfect, and as I said I knew it was challenging. He really took the time to get it done right, and we appreciated that. Can't say enough good things about Pierce and his work! A++++ Highly recommend!

Pierce set up appointment for estimate immediately. Showed on time to give us an estimate. Ordered items as soon as paperwork was complete. Called before estimated time for install. Again showed up on time for install and did a amazing job! Like I told the owner he is a diamond in the rough. He truly cares about servicing and giving outstanding customer service. I just moved to the area and it is hard to find this type of service!

Pierce was first class from start to finish. He gave me a competitive estimate, and the enclosure was installed within 3 weeks. Even though Pierce had a full schedule, he still kept in communication with me throughout the day to give me an accurate estimate of when he would arrive. I setup an appointment with Aimee. She was very courteous and was able to schedule Pierce to come out the same day. Pierce called 30 minutes before arriving. He was very courteous and professional. They had a quote for me the next day. My door was a special order, so it took a couple of weeks for it to arrive. The day that my glass arrived, Pierce was not satisfied with the quality that it had arrived from the factory. He promptly called me and informed me of the situation. He ordered another pane from the manufacturer, and was able to install it the following week. Again he called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Pierce did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond my expectations. My door looks and works great. Pierce and Aimee are true professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass.

I've used Pierce Lindsey Glass in the past and it is hard to improve on perfection, but somehow Pierce manages to outperform himself every time. What's not to like about the best glass installation at the best price!

The owner - Pierce - came to my home for the measures and provided a detailed quote within 24 hours. The quoted price was very competitive but the quality of the shower door was superior to those offered by other contractors we met with and Pierce did not attempt to up sell us a more expensive product or unnecessary options. The shower door was available for installation within two weeks after agreement. Pierce arrived on time on the day of installation. He promptly removed the old shower door and cleaned the old caulk and filled any holes that would not be utilized for the new shower door. Pierce then installed the new shower door and then took time to provide us with cleaning and care instructions. The new shower door looks great and really changes the look and feel of the bathroom. The overall experience was great!

Pierce anticipated problems I hadn't thought of and explained the project well. Shower door was installed on time and very nicely. He cleaned up the mess and gave me pertinent papers about warranty, cleaning and safety. I would definitely use him again.

The process went well. We called several people with measurements and Pierce Lindsey was by far the friendliest. We chose to have them come to the home for a better estimate and the business owner is the actual installer and estimator. That was a nice surprise. Pierce was able to show us the options for the enclosure that met our budget and expectations. It took about two weeks to fabricate the custom enclosure. The install was great with no issues. It took about three hours and Pierce was able to remove the old shower enclosure, clean the area, and install the new unit. It looks much better than the old unit (oil rubbed bronze vs chrome) and we were able to get a nice handle that makes opening and closing the unit much easier than the old unit. The only thing was that we wanted to make a slight design change after the estimate and the person in the office (I'm guessing the owner's wife) said she would pass the message. The change didn't get communicated and we ended up with the original design from the estimate. Probably my fault for not getting conformation in writing, but the enclosure is still a great improvement over the old enclosure and it was installed with no issues. Overall, I would highly recommend and may use them again for a future tub/shower combo conversion to step in shower in the future.

Everything went great. Pierce and his wife are very professional. I liked the fact that I was dealing with the owner installer. I will definitely use them if the need arises in the future.

Pierce was very professional, friendly and patient. He installed the mirrors and answered all my questions. He was very efficient, too. I am completely satisfied with them and would use them again. I am glad that I found the right company who does the work so well. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs glass and mirror service.

The owner of the company came out himself to give an estimate. He was very professional, helpful and even gave an extra quote with a special glass coating to repel water spots. When our custom-cut door arrived at their location with a crack, they were able to get a replacement and still install on the date they had originally promised. The new door looks wonderful and we are very happy with the product and the service.
