I hired a profesional plumber he charged me 200 dollars instead of 350. 350 for water condiotioner is ridiculous expensive.

Great service provided. He was informative and did not come up with excuses to make additional repairs or try to upsell me. They are now my regular, annual service people for my softener.

I had to call them to set up service evan tho I bought and paid thru Angies list. After that they came when they said and did the work in a timely manner

The product and service were very good. I had a plumbing issue and had to postpone the install at the last minute. Kirk was great and very accommodating. They arrived on time and were very professional. They also cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work the system. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Great - called and owner, Kirk, called back that same day. Explained what he offered and quoted the above price which is exactly what he charged. Kirk and his assistant Tim came about one week later, arrived promptly, & were very professional. Cleaned up area when he was finished and installed a great system. We are very, very, pleased. Kirk explained how to work the system and how to maintain it. My husband & I are extremely happy with this new system as the water is really horrible down here. Thank you !!

I was very pleased. I bought a new house and wanted the water system checked out. Kirk communicated and scheduled. He showed up as promised and checked the system thoroughly, explaining as he went along. He instructed me on how to run the system, also noted that he does provided a monthly service, but no high pressure sales. He found two small things that needed to be fixed at a small additional fee. I felt he went above and beyond the $66 service I purchased.

That was great. I have a 4 year old system and I have to change the filter each year. They set a time and were here at that time.

I called the company and explained my situation. He asked me to text him a photo of my system so he would know what I had to work with. He then called me back and set up a time to work me in quickly. He was prompt and he also tried to show me how the system worked. I needed some things to get the system up and running. He promised to come back the next day and he was there as promised. He could have tried to sell me a new system as mine is rather old I am told. Instead I think he took it as a challenge to get it working. After all was running well and he flushed my home's water system through the water heaters, he tried to explain to me how to maintain it myself. I had to ask him to sign me up for monthly service instead. I need a while to get the rest of this home figured out before I start learning this system too. What a great experience!

The two gentlemen that were at our home were knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and most importantly, punctual! I will have them back every year for service and upgrades as needed. Thank you. Joe

It only took them about 5 mins to put the part in, they did what they were suppose to do it has been working well ever since, however the price was little expensive.

I scheduled service for completion on November 4. About 90 minutes before scheduled service, vendor called and asked that I send him a picture of the unit to be serviced. I told him that I had no convenient way to do this, but would read data to him When I told him that it was a Culligan unit, he said that he had no filters, but if I had some he would be happy to install them for me. This was not satisfactory, and I canceled the service.

Both jobs went well. I noticed an improvement immediately in the quality of my water. And a "going the extra mile" included replacing the pipe in the carbon bottle as a precautionary step. Kirk Bennett is patient and informative. PWT not only improved my water quality but improved my understanding of and trust in my water system.

The owner sent me a message promptly after I purchased my big deal and we agreed upon an appointment. He advised me that he can tune up, adjust and program my Rain Soft unit, but they do not sell parts outside their dealer network. I was fine with that as I do not like they way they do business and would rather use an A rated technician. He called me 30 minutes prior to arriving and was right on time. Upon arriving, I went with him to our well/softener system and watched him disassemble the parts and clean/lubricate them. He pointed out that my Rain Soft valve was sticking and got that freed up and also noticed my timer is going bad, but he was able to get it running again for the time being (a week later it is still going). He cleaned many mud dobber (wasp) nests out of my controls including one that was jamming the motor that moves the valves. He took the time to educate me on the proper settings and general upkeep on the unit (which was there when I bought the house). I learned I was doing a few things wrong based on bits and pieces of information I got from the web, neighbors, etc. I also learned I have a carbon filter that is supposed to be re-bedded with new carbon every 2 years (I've lived here 4 years and the house was empty for 2 years prior to that)-oops! I plan to have him come back out soon to take care of that. Since the tune up was completed, our water is very soft and is much better quality than it has been in quite a while. I suspect it has not been working recently but even when it was working, the settings weren't right so the performance wasn't so great. Funny thing was we had the authorized dealer check it out 4 years ago when we bought the house, and they did not teach us how to check the settings, do maintenance or what all of the parts and pieces do in the system. My tune up from PWT was very successful and I enjoyed talking with the owner about the system and how it works. The knowledge I got from him alone was worth more than the price I paid. If you have a water softener, I would highly recommend that you call PWT to have them come out periodically and just make sure everything is in good shape. It will make your system last longer with fewer repairs and of course ensure better water quality. In closing, I would also mention that he did not try to sell me anything or upcharge me for stuff like the dealer always did. He was truly interested in making my system work to its potential. While I was questioning him about water issues, he mentioned that he sells all kinds of filtration equipment and softeners, but only because I asked. It was refreshing to work with a company who values long term loyalty over short term sales numbers.

I was thrilled with the service. The tech was professional and polite and very helpful. He cleaned the softener and also located a broken gear inside the box. Rather than charge me for replacement, he was able to locate a replacement gear and fixed it for a nominal fee. I will definitely use them again. They are fair and honest.

My experience with them went fine. It was a simple fix. He excellent. He was just very nice and helpful. He didn't charge much.

I called for an estimate to install a wter treatment system for my home. At that call, I was asked if I had had my water tested. Since I had, I was asked what I had in my water. I gave him a rough indication of what had been found, and he started to tell me what I needed without doing his own testing. He did come later in the week and tested for iron. i had told him during the intial phone call that there was tannin in my water as well as particulates. When he arrived, he tested for iron, but not for tannin or particulates. He did not even bring a tannin test kit with him, which I found strange since most well water in Florida would have tannin in it. He told me he could include a tannin resin in the system, but he didn't know how much it would cost. So during the visit he could not provide a final estimate of the system. Since my pressure tank on the well is very old, he also did not mention that and either offer to instll a bladder system or ask if I was having one installed. He called the next day with a price that was what was quoted by others. Because it was unsual for someone to not have the ability to give a price when he came out, because he did not bring a complete testing kit with him, and because it required multiple contacts to get an estimate, I decided to go with someone who was better prepared when he came out. While he was very courteous and did keep appointments and promises made, I had concerns about whether the work would be done correctly the first time.

Another local water treatment company quoted me over $800 to replace the valve without ever trouble shooting the system. Kirk came out determined what the problem was and replaced the components of the valve. Service call, labor and parts was $160.

Serviceman arrived on time and completed work in a knowledgeable manner. He explained what he was doing and why. He did not try to sell additional services, but rather said to wait and see if problem was corrected before going further with additional expensive items.
