NuWave sent a knowledgable technician out promptly. The issue was resolved with a basic service call.

Did what they said and in a very timely matter Could not be happier

Job was subcontracted to Solara Pools and they were prompt and cleaned up daily. The finished job was excellent and the personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that there could have been better communication, on two days I waited all day and noone showed up and no phone calls. The job was completed in two work days and am very pleased overall.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Very thorough. Fixed a problem I had been asking my regular company about for over a year. He diagnosed and repaired within a week. I am very pleased.

Very pleased with customer service and work that was done. Cost of the part was a little higher than some others but was worth it for their service and reliability.

The work is still in progress as I'm having multiple things done. They are replacing a salt chorinator board (done), heater board (done), they quoted a price to fix a leak under the waterfall, requiring them to cut a hole in the pool deck. Only the pipe was pulled away so no new waterfall was needed. They could have been dishonest and replaced it but saved me money instead! Also having a chemical treatment done to clean stains on the bottom of the pool. It takes longer but so far it seems to be working. Said they would acid wash my tile for free! Great company, so far so good. I'm happy!

Repair of solar panels and connections. Performed repair to satisfaction very polite and friendly, both service personnel and office staff. Would recommend!!

Easy to hire- good customer service and easy billing. I have noticed a difference in my pool since they started servicing it. I believe they are doing more than my previous service since I can notice the difference. Very happy so far!

Very Professional, and gives the best estiment, and stickes to it. Wes the repairman knows his job very well. Not onyl did he fix my problems, but cleaned up the area before he left. I don't want anymore problems with my pool, but if I have any you can bet I will be calling NuWave to do the repair. I can't say enough good things about this company.
