Description of Work: Sprayer flange on kitchen sink was broken. Since we didn't use it that much, we purchased a matching soap dispenser to place in the hole. It turns out that the piping blocked the soap bottle. Jim came out and was ingenious by moving the vent pipe at an angle to clear the bottle and also plugged the sprayer pipe. Great job!

+ -1 moreHe was a little late but called to make sure that was going to be OK. (It was.) He identified the part he needed in about five minutes then he left to pick up the part. When he returned he installed the faucet handle and it works beautifully. He was courteous, professional, punctual, and did a very good job. It did cost a little more than I was expecting (the total work time was less than 15 minutes; the rest of the time was spent getting the parts) but overall it was a good experience.
Description of Work: Steve Koscoe Plumbing repaired a broken faucet handle in one of our bathrooms.

+ -1 moreThe plumber showed up on time and fixed all of the problems is a very timely fashion. He was able to fix and clear the drains that could be fixed and replace the pipes that were leaking. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with a environmentally friendly product to clear our pipes with.
Description of Work: Several of our sinks were leaking and needed pipes replaced. The shower was draining slowly.

+ -1 moreSTEVE KOSCOE PLUMBING CAME OUT AND FIXED ALL OF THE PIN HOLES. THIS WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED BY THEIR QUICK RESPONSE TIME.
Description of Work: WE NOTED SMALL LEAKS AROUND THE HOUSE AND AN INCREASE IN OUR WATER BILL. STEVE KOSCOE PLUMBING DETERMINED THAT WE HAD SMALL PIN HOLE LEAKS IN OUR PIPING. THEY WENT IN AND FIXED THE LEAKS.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE RATHER GRUFF AND TREATED ME LIKE I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE A CO-PAY THAT I MUST PAY WHEN A COMPANY MY HOME WARRANTY SENDS OUT FOR SERVICE DOES WORK. I PAID THIS, BUT WAS TOLD I WOULD OWE AN EXTRA $100 TO INSTALL A THERMAL EXPANSION THAT WAS NOW REQUIRED BY CODE. I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS A NECESSARY ITEM. I HAD NO CHOICE IN THE REPLACEMENT WATER HEATER THEY INSTALLED. THEY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OR WARRANTY ON IT EVEN WHEN I ASKED. I AM GLAD TO REPORT THAT MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY NO LONGER USES THIS PLUMBER AND I THINK I KNOW WHY. I WOULD NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PLUMBING WORK.
