Description of Work: Todd was punctual, professional and very knowledgable. We had him remove a laundry tub and cap the pipes. While he was there, he immediately spotted problems with a recent water heater installation and quickly corrected them. Will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Todd is a life saver! My hot water heater was hissing and leaking all over my garage. I checked Angie's list, called Todd and he was here as promised. He installed a new water heater, same day. He did a great job! I will call him again.

Description of Work: Our kitchen faucet broke about a week ago. Of course we went directly to Angie's list and found Todd of My Guy Inc. and all the glowing reviews. I called him at 407 323 3698 and he said to wait til he got back to his truck to get my information. Said he could stop by the next day to check it out. He called the next morning to tell us he was on his way and showed up right on time. Suggested several options where he could put in a cheaper faucet or for a little extra put in a more efficient working one. Never pressured us at all. We also had laid down new sod and since we had to water it everyday temporarily, the water bill for the month was about $250 and he suggested we call and request a form for a rebate on the water used. He also installed a water sensor to save more money on future water bills. I am still chuckling when he first pulled into our driveway. I thought it was a mini hardware store. He had a new water heater and four bathroom commodes plus a ton of stuff. Talk about being prepared. The reason we waited a week was Todd had to order the part and does not haul this baby during a hurricane. This whole experience has been great because Todd is really a man of integrity who answered all our questions and offered suggestions and saving tips Nothing is more frustrating to comsumers when they dont get call backs or fair and decent customer service. He will defintely be on our list to call for all our future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Discovered water under kitchen sink and determined garbage disposal was leaking. Call My Guy on Tues and he came the next morning. He thought it would require a new disposal and quoted me a price during the initial call. When he arrived, he checked to make sure it was leaking before he replaced it with a better more powerful model. I felt price was very reasonable. This is second time I have used My Guy. He replaced my hot water heater a month before and explained what he was doing the whole time. He also pointed out why he does things a little differently which made a lot of sense. He is frankly not an average plumber.

Description of Work: Todd was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my temperature issue on my faucet. Will definitely call him again for other plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I'm pretty ssure I submitted a report at the time, but since you asked in my sign on here it is again. Lawn mowers broke drain cleanout cap. He came out within an hour of my call, cut the plastic pipe down about an inch and replaced the cap. I was very pleased with his response and actions.

Description of Work: Reconnect water lines for ice makers and replace shutoff valve.

Description of Work: Thought I was having a leak and it was an ac issue and he helped unclogged a bathtub
