Todd did what he had to do and was pleasant in the process. I would not hesitate to call him for additional plumbing work. He brought his own towels to clean with and left my laundry room spotless.

Todd from My Guy Plumbing is a great plumber. Everything he does, he does as if it's his own house. I really wanted a plumber that was not only the owner, but also the person who did the actual work himself. Using an owner/operator typically ensures that you will get someone who is conscientious about their work, Todd definitely is! His price was very fair and his work ethic was great. He was always prompt and called if he was going to be late. He doesn't like to haul away broken concrete, but if you hire him you can kid with him about this fact.

The thing that's great about My Guy Plumbing is that he isn't afraid to offer up cheaper and quicker alternatives to plumbing problems. With our leaky faucet, a "proper" fix would have involved ripping off the exterior of the wall. Instead he installed a new valve in front of the leaky one that works just fine, at a fraction of the cost and hassle. He's done the same with a flow problem to an upstairs toilet - instead of tearing up our walls replacing the plumbing to it, he just ran a new line from the nearby sink which works just fine. That's not to say My Guy can't do more difficult tasks well - he's also installed a new hot water heater for us, and replaced the main shutoff valve to our house, all without issue. He's just not afraid to offer up pragmatic solutions to complex problems, saving you a bunch of money in the process. Overall the owner is a great guy, he's responsive, does great work, and at a great price. Highly recommended.

I called Todd to install an 80 gallon water heater. I went to the major hardware stores to get estimates. They all said it would cost $450 to install plus the $700 for the water heater. They said I could do it myself and almost tempted to do it but decided not to. Glad I didn't as they can explode if not installed properly. i called My Guy and he quoted $1,050. He came out as expected. He noticed I already had an expansion device already installed so he did the honest thing and didn't charge me for installing one as he used the one I had. He reduced the cost by $100. On top of that I used the $25 Angies discount and my total cost was $925. Best deal I found from all the plumbers I called. This guys is honest and can be trusted.

Todd arrived on time.......saw exactly what needed to be done and did it in a very timely manner. He is very personable and his charges were extremely reasonable....Todd (My Guy, Inc..) is who i will call from now on with any plumbing problems we may need..

This was the third time that I have used My Guy plumbing and as before Todd did not disappoint. He called when he was on his way to the house which allowed me to be home in order to let him in the house. Todd shows up with a massive trailer that has everything that he needs to do almost any job. When Todd arrived I showed him my problem area and he went right to work. He was honest and upfront with what needed to be done and was a pleasure to work with. It is great knowing that I will not have to look for a plumber as long as he is around.

The problem developed suddenly. I called about noon that day and Todd said he could come out later that day, although tiing was a little iffy since he had to install 2 toilets before me. Rather than take a late call, which Todd has done for me in the past, I asked what his next available time was. He said 3-5 the next day. I said lets do that slot. He showed up about 4, giving me a call when he was about 20 minutes away. He showed up, took about an hour to check things and install the replacement disposer, printed me a bill on his in-vehicle computer/printer and was gone by 5. Nicely done.

Todd was great. I found him here on Angie's List, called and he came by the next day. He called when the previous appointment ran late and again when he was on the way. He repaired the toilet and checked everything out. It was perfect. Then - about an hour later - the toilet stopped working. This was an older Flushmate system and it wasn't holding pressure. This was the original issue. Todd has suggested that replacing the cartridge was much less expensive than replacing the whole toilet so I decided to go with the repair. It turned out there were other issues that only showed up after the new cartridge was in place for a while. I called Todd and talked over the situation. We scheduled a visit for today. Todd reviewed the situation, made some calls and came back with several options. I choose to completely replace the toilet. He carries an amazing selection on site with him so it was done in less than an hour. We like the new toilet much better and Todd doubled the manufacturer's warranty. Plus he didn't charge me for any of the initial repair work or the parts. I highly recommend Todd for anyone needing plumbing repair or replacement - especially if you have Kohler hardware.

Determined what the problem was, no hot water when you turn the hot water on in the shower. Since the person who owned the property previously did not use the guest bath the faucet in the tub was never used. Consequently the internal mechanism was frozen and had to be replaced. He knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it. I will certainly use him and recommend him for any additional services.-

He came at the time agreed. Fully explained what was wrong and did a great job fixing the problem.

My neighbors were thrilled with the work Todd did for them. And I was thrilled that he took the time to check out my problem while he was in the neighborhood..and finding that there really was no problem afterall, he ldid not charge me for the time he spent checking things out.

I called Todd to help fix a stuck water supply from the city water to the house. He immediately saw the poor quality of the work (unfortunately a common theme for my Morrison-Taylor town home) and instead of trying to sell me on a many hundred dollar rebuild he convinced me the value to fix it was not justified. I also called him to review a shower conversion project I've been working on and was concern that one of my pipe stops was leaking. Todd gave me hints and suggestions and advice on how to make sure I can complete my project. I called him late in the afternoon and he came out the next morning. Spent an hour with me and never submitted a bill. A very decent guy and if I have a project that I need an honest plumber Todd will be the first guy I call and the guy I'd recommend to my friends.

Todd is professional from start to finish. He delivers what he promises on time and on budget. We recommend Todd unconditionally.

I called three Angie's List A plumbers and decided right away to hire Guy Inc for his enthusiasm over the phone. He patiently explained everything he would be doing and answered questions I had been left with from my first two conversations. He arrived on time and completed the job in a reasonable time, and best of all, with a clear pride in his work. He actually reminded me of my younger self who, in my first decade of teaching high school, could not imagine doing anything better. When he finished, he explained what he had done in layman's terms. Oh, and his was the most reasonable estimate of the three I was given by the three companies.

Todd was a pleasure to deal with and his profesionalism was great.

He was here on time, kept everything clean and was very efficient. I will call him again for any other plumbing need I may have and definitely would recommend him.

Todd is a very personable and knowlegeable plumber. He called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. He installed the drain assemblies on 3 new faucets (my husband installed the actual faucets) and repaired a very minor leak he detected on one of the pipes under the cabinet. He was VERY efficient and clean. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs. He has a huge trailer he tows which has most, if not all,of his necessary tools and supplies so if you are in need of something right away he doesn't have to leave your house to go get something to complete the job. I am very happy I have found an honest and fair priced plumber!!!!

Todd explained the options for repair explicitly and then I decided we needed to go in from the outside of the house instead of inside, Sure enough, He was right over the leaks. He explained the options for the two leaks that were readily visible. Unfortunately, there were several others not as visible. Todd relplaced the piping and the leaks stopped. Todd also explained what I should watch for. The house is an older home and I have heard about similiar problems. I sincerely appreciated his staight forth manner. Todd completed his job promptly. His customer service in both returning my initial call and the time he spent explaining what he was going to do and what he eventually did was sincerely appreciated. A great job for a very fair price. I will definately consider him my plumber now as well as tell everyone about his exceptional service.

Great experience--very responsive, professional. I called last minute, and he came right away because he had an opening and was in the area. Fixed my clogged toilet quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!
