perfect!! I got a phone call 30 mins before his arrival time. Explaining he was running late.. Running a littlebehind from previous job. He did exactacly what I needed done. He even gave me a brief education on my next project on the list Second time I have used Todd Great guy!!

He was thorough, quick and did a good job. I called them, gave me assessments, did the work and I have not have any problems with it. The first water heater he brought to us, he had disconnects. He had to go back and get another one. He did not inspect it before it got to the job site so that's an extra couple of hours added that we had to be available. It was beyond his control but he probably could have inspected it prior to leaving where he was coming from. I thought the price was fair as compared to other quotes I received. He was fine with professionalism. I had no issues. He even took on additional work that we asked him to do. He was very professional with that.

I have several reviews praising My Guy and this one is no different. We know how to do basic plumbing including hooking up a sink. However, these had some difficult bends and I couldn't eliminate a slow drip on one of them. In the end, we wasted 2 days, $ 75 in parts, and 5 trips back and forth to the home store. Todd had both professionally hooked up leak free in an afternoon for $250. This included a Kohler drain that ran around $70. It was all metal (brass), no plastic like the home stores, and is terrific quality. Sometimes it just isn't worth the frustration or time when a quality professional is available for an affordable price.

It went really well, he turned up exactly when he said he would. was fast efficent and friendly. Because he carries lots of parts in his trailer there was no time lost when he needed items. He finished on time and was very good value for money. Highly recommended.

I have known Todd for many years. He is so personable and easy to work with and of course gets the job done. He shows up right on time and even gives me a call ahead, so rare these days. He is very professional and well groomed. And cleans up any mess that might occur with a plumbing job. Well......what more do you want in a service person...top notch

This is the third time I have called on Todd at My Guy and it will not be the last. He is honest and affordable. During the visit, he pointed out ways for me to save money looking out for my best interest and particular needs. Most companies would try to upsell you on products and services you don't need leaving you feeling cheated or mistrusting. They don't receive as much return business as they should. I will never call another plumber for my Winter Springs properties. My Guy is it!

We found a leak in the pool bath, which backs up to our Master Bedroom. it was the supply line to toilet, When I went to turn the water off, the valve handle broke. I was not comfortable trying this repair on my own because it involved turning off the water to the house (if I messed up, I coulodn't turn the water back on). Todd quickly repaired the broken valve, and the supply line, flapper and float mechanism. all needed to be replaced. (I have made all of those repairs on the other toliets in the house, awhile ago). Todd showed me that these parts needed to be replaced, too. Sounds like an upsale, but I know enough about toilets to know that these repairs were necessary, and saved me in the long run. We would probably have missed a problem until it was more expensive to repair. Todd made the repairs quickly, cleanly and professionally. I have used him in the past, and continue to call him when I need a plumber. I definitely recommend him when someone needs a plumber.

Todd did an excellent job and I will always use him for plumbing work. I was new to the area and purchased an old house that needed some TLC. He was very fair in his prices and really under chareged me for some of the work.

Todd was awesome! Gave window of arrival time and made the buzzer. (Orlando traffic is horrible!) Repaired my relatively new garbage disposal, saving me the cost of purchasing a new one. Although, if needed, he carries many plumbing parts in his trailer, so that would have been accomplished in a timely manner also. Problem encountered was human in nature. A small bone, accidently added, had caused a major near -disaster. He completed the task at hand within 15 minutes, and even provided helpful information to use for any following disposal problems encountered.

Checked both toilets and finished the job within 30 minutes. Assessed each toilet separately and replaced any parts that were not working or would soon break down.

Upon arriveal to our home he asked how long it was leaking, etc. I told Todd it only leaked intermittently and we are planning a possible remodel of the bath in the near future. He explained in detail the consequences of removing the type of faucet that is in place. The faucet has copper piping coming in to the handle and if one of those were to break we would have a major plumbing repair cost in removing everything and replacing the fixture. He said because the leak was infrequent he would advise not touching it at this time and also because we planned a remodel in the near future. We appreciated his honesty, professionalism and kindness. I offered him a trip fee several times and he politely declined several times. I will call on him again for any in home repairs.

The toilet was flushing very slow. Todd scrapped the hard water buildup out of the jet water outlet at the bottom of the bowl. As usual, he showed up promptly calling when he was on the way. He told me of other options but recommended only cleaning out the jet. He was here about 30 minutes and charged me nothing. As always, he does good work and I'll call him anytime without hesitation.

Todd's response to my situation was more the excellent. Jim his drain person was very personable and professional. Everything was taken care of in less than hour.

The first time was great and the price was very reasonable. The work was fine. He was in and out pretty quickly. He was very, very good in accommodating me. While he was here, I showed him another project. He said "Call me and I'll have new supply lines put in for you before they put new tiles on the wall." It was a plumbing project in the bathroom that I'm having redone. I called him about a week and a half before the construction was to really begin. I told him that I needed an estimate. He came out and it was by the eleventh hour. The estimate was $1970. I said "no." I can't afford that much money for that project. It just really is a very simple thing. I asked him about what can I do to lower the price, he didn't respond. In the meantime, I had somebody else do the work for about $300. On the phone, he's been very responsive. But the second time around, getting him back here to take a look at it to give me a quote, it was several days after. When he said he would show up, he did show up on time.

Todd Kristenson is his name. He is fantastic. He was the plumber I talked to. I used him like four times. I found him through Angie’s List. He was straight upfront and honest. For the first time I used him, he came in and did the work. I called him back because there was an issue. He came out and diagnosed it free of charge. It was not his fault, but he fixed it free of charge too. It was just an awesome experience. I will never use another plumber.

I was very pleased with the quick response & quality of work done. Todd carries a large inventoy of parts so he had everything he needed. He's more of a 'repair' plumber instead of a 'replace' plumber ... he made suggestions on a cheaper fix for one of issues I had, rather than a more expensive repair I thought I needed. I will recommend him to friends.

He showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, he had the additional connections that were needed, and charged a very fair price fo the entire job. He does not charge a trip fee or a housecall fee, just for labor provided. Geat deal!!!! He was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
