It went great, it was a difficult installation. Since he quoted $350 over the phone he kept that price even though he had to do a lot of extra work. He removed the old water heater and took it with him, didn't charge for it or complain, I really appreciated that. I would definitely use them again.

Todd's a rarity in this day and age in that he'll try to walk you through minor repairs over the phone instead of coming out and charging you for something you can do yourself. When our minor repairs were beyond my abilities (leaky outside spigots and sink) he showed up and handled it professionally and at a reasonable cost. When I suspected that one of my kids had jammed something in the toilet. Todd came out and explained the real culprit was my cheap toilet. No pressure to sell, but when we do replace it and its twin elsewhere in the house we'll be sure to call My Guy.

Repair was a leak so required quick response. Todd got there quickly and resolved the problem quickly. He is professional and thorough.

I cannot remember how I initially found Todd... probably based on reviews through Angie's List. The plumbing business we had been using got too big, and I wanted to find someone that was reliable and consistent. We had initially called My Guy Plumbing a few months earlier to repair a valve on our old water softener and to install an new garbage disposal. The water softener was old so Todd gave us information about a new more efficient water softener/filter combination. We were very pleased with Todd on that visit, so after contemplating the cost of the new water system (along with our continued frustration with our old water softener), we decided to have Todd come back and install the new water system. It has now been over a year since we have had this system, and we could be more pleased. Our water now has no odor and tastes perfect from the faucet. Our kitchen and bathroom fixtures require less maintenance. I would definitely recommend My Guy Plumbing. It is an owner operated business. I like that we didn't have to worry about who was going to show up to do the work. Todd did all of the work himself.

He was courteous and did return my call even though he knew he would not be able to complete the job due to the heat and need to crawl around the attic.

This MASTER plumber was professional in every way. He returned our call in a timely manner, explained cost and installation; there were no surprises. Todd also carries a full trailer of supplies, so there was no waiting for something to be ordered. MY GUY is Our Guy!

The kitchen faucet had several different problems and needed to be replaced. I had selected a faucet that was similar, to replace it with. Todd recommended a different faucet that was similar looking, and pointed out the problems with the faucet I had selected versus the faucet that he was recommending. The faucet he recommended was a better design, and higher quality with a similar look. The kitchen faucet is probably the most used fixture in the house, so I took his recommendations. He ordered the new faucet and came back the following week (because that is what worked with my schedule) and replaced it. Todd is very professional, keeps things clean. He has done service at my house several times. I call him back because I can trust him. His recommendations always make sense. And, I know the job is going to be done right.

Todd, owner of My Guy Plumbing, is the best plumber I have ever found. In fact this is the 2nd time I have hired him to do plumbing projects in my home. He will make every effort, even rearranging his schedule, to accommodate your needs. He is the most intelligent, honest man I have ever met. He will never try to over sell you anything you don't need. He takes his time and answers any questions you may have and makes great suggestions as how to do the job in the most efficient manner. I cannot say enough great things about this man. He is prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone without reservation.

I called on Sunday, he returned my call early Monday morning. We set the appt time & he showed up "on time". He also told me that he carries a few garbage disposals on his truck, so I wouldn't have to go to Home Depot and buy one myself. His price was comparable to HD price so that was very nice ! He gave me price of $210.00 and when he was finished the price was still $210. I'd like to mention that other plumbers I called had ridiculous fees just to come to my home ( like fees for truck signage or other nonsense) on top of the price of the job, Mr. Guy did not have any extra fees. Good Job!

I recently moved into a new house. During the standard 1 year builder warranty I had various plumbing problems, They were addressed going through the builder who sent his plumber, who had done all the plumbing work. The most irritating was a loose toilet tank lid - a minor problem. The designated plumber kept trying replacements that did not work. Along the way there were many less than professional reactions from this plumber and his company. On my last builder walk through with this problem still unresolved the builder told the plumber to just replace the whole toilet. This was done, after some more unprofessional actions by the plumber. However, after about 3 months the toilet started rocking. Being outside the builder warranty period and free to use a plumber of my choice, I called Todd. He had done various jobs for me before I moved in here. Todd came and concluded that the support bracket in the floor the toilet bolted into had been broken, probably by being over tightened. Todd replaced this bracket, reinstalled the toilet and cleaned everything up so well you couldn't tell he had done any work. Much different reactions than the builders plumber and much appreciated.

Todd arrived, fixed one problem, and told us he would have to look for a part before finishing. Second time he came back, he had found the part, fixed the toilet, and we asked him to replace all cartridges in all faucets. He had a good supply, but not enough, so he returned a third time and finished the job. He was courteous and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Todd arrived on time, reviewed what needed to be repaired and quickly replaced the broken part and used a few parts he brought with him. He did a great job! I will use Todd again and will recommend him to anyone needing a high quality plumber. Matt from Winter Springs

Excellent! That's what I always get from My Guy, Inc.: Excellent work and service! I had been wanting a water conditioner for my home for a few years now, and did a lot of research on them. I finally settled on one, but didn't want to trust just anyone to install it. A handyman might be able to do many things, and may have been able to install this one properly, but I didn't want to take that chance! Since I had used My Guy before, I had asked if he could install this equipment for me, and he gave me a quote. When I took delivery on the equipment, I called and got a date for installation. My Guy is a well-experienced, master plumber, so installing this new equipment was no problem at all for him! Now, if you're not into researching and buying your own equipment, understand that My Guy, Inc. has access to, and can suggest, a number of different water conditioning systems and help you choose the right one for your situation. He was pleased with my choice of equipment, and honestly would have told me to send it back if he hadn't been! My Guy only knows one way to do things - The right way! From start to finish took around 2 1/2 hours. Each step of this install was taken with care and precision - He even made certain that when the unit regenerated (about every 14 days) at 2:00 a.m., that the pipes were installed in such a way as to not vibrate against my house and cause a racket, and also made certain that I had an outside fawcet that bypassed the water conditioner if I needed to water any plants with the hose! He made certain that I had conditioned, soft water all through my house and in my water heater and washer before leaving and suggested that I buy either a firepit or smoker cover to protect the digital meter, since it was installed outside. We have hard city water here in Sanford, and I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying my nice, soft conditioned water now! Thank you, My Guy, for another job most excellently done!

This is the second time Todd has helped us out. He has always been available by phone, keeps his promise time, and stands by his estimate. He has also been great in educating me about my plumbing system and giving me tips to keep it running well. I appreciate his honesty and he will continue to be 'my guy' for all my plumbing needs :)

Professional, called ahead, arrived on time, had requested some information on type of fixture prior to appointment date, had all necessary parts, knowledgeable and informative, cordial, polite, cleaned up, no mess or debris. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had issues with older toilets, called Todd to inquire about the Kohler Flushmates. Very pleasant and knowledgeable..agreed to have him install four new units in my townhouse. I had inquired with plumbing supply places re: the price and availability prior to contacting Todd. Since he is a Kohler dealer, had him get the units for me...His price for the units was bit lower then the supply places.. Scheduled the job right away and came three days later right on time, with all the toilets and new seats...Did a great job and installed and removed all 4 units in less than 4 hours, even though I am in a 3 story without elevators...he was pleasant and effecient. Did a great job. No mess!!! Comfort to know that I now have a plumber I can counrt on when I need one..Added him to my speed dial.. Great Job..Thanks Todd..

MyGuy went beyond expectations to respond by phone, schedule in a good time frame, arrive promptly and make the repairs quickly and professionally. Though we only talked about his fixing one faucet over the phone, he was able to fix two others and replace an outdoor faucet valve handle (with parts he had on-hand from his trailer). We would certainly use his services again and strongly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

They went the extra mile to get hard-to-find parts in order to do the job. The end result looks good; no problems with the water heater so far.

I've used My Guy on several occasions and the work is always top notch. He had already installed a tankless water heater and after consideration we decided to go ahead and repipe while we are doing the remodel and the ceiling are down, etc. The work was accomplished in 2 days over a period of 3 days due to other commitments already on Todd's schedule. We were pleased he was able to work us in so timely as it meant the other remodeling work would not be held up. Todd arrived as scheduled. He ran 1" pipe from the street to the house and to the split for the kitchen and bathrooms, ensuring we will have plenty of water pressure for the entire house. He worked quickly and cleaned up the work areas at the end of the job.

Was as rude as he could possibly be on the phone. When I told him I couldn't wait two days, he tried to up charge me 50% (from $110/hr to $165/hr) and then hung up on me mid sentence when I told him I wasn't interested. He may do great work, but he came off as shady and incredibly rude in his estimating.

I'm a repeat customer of Todd's. Todd is very responsive and wants the job right and his customers satisfied. He also is very neat.

Todd was friendly, courteous, clean and quick. He was nice enough to make a product suggestion on what disposal to use, he redid the pipes under the sink to make sure we could properly use it, and he did it quickly. I will call him again for other projects!
