Description of Work: Water heater installed several years ago by MY GUY failed and I had him replace it under warranty. I paid labor for new installation and product upgrade since my old model out of date. Excellent job.

Description of Work: Bought had a garbage disposal replaced. I've used Todd several times and have always been satisfied.

Description of Work: My Guy aka Todd Michael Kristenson tackled a particularly difficult busted valve problem on my GE Whole House Filter system. He devised a solution which not only solved the immediate problem, but fixed so I can now changeout the filters with minimum difficulty. It took three trips to completely make the the repair. Todd kept me uptodate as to his availability and ETA. His professionalism and work quality were unmatched. Should I ever have another plumbing problem, Todd would be the contractor I would call.

Description of Work: As my home ages, I wanted some things done. My Guy offered several options, one of which was much easier for me to understand and use. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and definitely # 1 on my plumber list from this day forever.

Description of Work: I have been coping with enormous water bills, and even paid to have the water meter checked and calibrated. I had noticed that the water-saving toilet wasn't, as it took ten minutes or more to fill, and thought that might be the problem. Todd arrived promptly and said absolutely, it was definitely causing my problem! First, he replaced the failing parts in my Jacuzzi water-saving toilet (Which had been installed in 2011!) with new, better quality, parts. As he was correcting that problem, he happened to notice that the company that had installed the toilet had also used the wrong type of fitting for the type of pipes that I had. I know that sounds like a little thing, but the fitting that had been used was bound to fail - most likely while I was at work with my luck, and cause thousands of dollars worth of water damage!!! That could have been a VERY expensive little thing!! Next, Todd updated the parts in the older toilet in my half-bath - I now have amazingly quiet, functional bathrooms. I can honestly say that Todd is the most knowledgeable plumber I've ever dealt with, and Todd takes time to answer questions thoroughly, and doesn't talk down to you. I'm an older lady that knows next to nothing about plumbing, and I learned more about my own plumbing in my home in an hour than in the almost 5 years I've lived here. Definitely money WELL-spent!! My Guy is definitely my guy for any future plumbing problems or any renovation projects I might have.

Description of Work: We were trying to make arrangements on fixing our shower. The problem was that this gentleman did not want to use email, whereas that is my main communication method. I could never get in writing, what his offer was and what he would do. In our last contact, via phone messages, he said to call him and he would answer my questions. This was going to leave me with anything in writing, so I just gave up on trying to work with him.

Description of Work: Broken shower head arm, found out it wasn't actually stuck in piping. Found price to be expensive for a 15 minute repair. I would have done it myself if I knew it was so simple, was just trying to make sure I didn't break more things by trying to fix it.

Description of Work: Two small jobs done very well. Todd fixed a drain and an exterior faucet. He was on time, courteous and very reasonable! Plumbers NEVER cost $113! I highly recommend him.
