It went very well overall. Todd was neat, very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable & went about his work in an efficient & professional manner. I was very pleased, satisfied & impressed with the job he did. He brought his own paper towels & cleaned up after he was finished. Also have to give Todd credit -- he was very patient & determined -- he never gave up in his effort to remove the old cartridge. In spite of the very difficult time removing the old cartridge, he never tried to expedite the job by trying to talk me into buying a new faucet from him to replace our existing faucet.

Todd came out within 2 hours of my call. After inspecting the situation, he tried to separate the knob from the attached piece of plumbing but they were quite stuck. That meant the job was bigger--he had to replace a bigger part of the plumbing (I have no idea what these parts are called...). He recommended a hole in the wall of the adjoining/adjacent room as a means of accessing the repair instead of a hole in the shower and tile. We liked this idea--it meant we have a small drywall repair job in the room next to the bathroom but the shower was back in commission as soon as the grout dried. Todd did a super job--the cuts in the drywall are clean, the repair seems perfect, and the shower is working great. I was scared to see the bill at the end of all this and was very grateful when I looked and saw that it was only $110.00--about the same as what we've paid any number of less qualified plumbers for much quicker and simpler plumbing jobs in the past. I am very glad we found him.

Excellent experience! Todd arrived on time put in the new one, took out the old one, cleaned up after himself, and gave me directions on how to keep it in tip top shape and how to adjust the heat if I wanted. Just a great experience overall. Could not have been better.

Todd was professional, courteous and efficient. He explained what he was doing and made some suggestions on usage. I would definitely recommend Todd and will use him for future plumbing needs.

Called company and left a message. Received a call back from Todd within ten minutes. Todd scheduled Jim to come out and check drain. Jim showed up when promised and fixed the slow drain in the kitchen, which turned out to be the disposal having frozen blades (due to inactivity). When I used the disposal the next day, a leak occurred and Todd showed up same day to repair. Jim also checked the toilet/washer issue by removing the septic tank lid and then having me fill up the washer and drain it several times. This showed that the septic tank was not draining properly and that I probably need a new drain field. This company does not do drain field installation, but Jim gave me the name of a company I could call. A week later (on a Sunday) I noticed that my backyard spigot would not shut off completely. Todd came out same day and replaced the hose bib. This company is clean cut, professional and has excellent communication/follow through. Thank you, My Guys!

He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished the work in the time he estimated it would take.

Todd was very efficient and a quick worker. He checked out all the toilets since two of them were showing signs of wear. Price was less than expected; service was better than expected. He came out on very short notice.

I was very happy with the guy who did the work for me. He was excellent and showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional for just a private contractor. He did a very good job, and I was satisfied about that.

I let him talk me into putting in a handicap toilet, that's my fault. But I was more comfortable on the old toilet. I was satisfied with him and I'd use him again.

Todd gave me a window for install between 3 and 5 pm. He called before he got there at 4pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and definitely takes pride in his work. He installed the waterline and finished installing the dishwasher.

Todd was very professional from the first contact on the phone. He verified the date, time, address and contact numbers. He called before arriving, as requested. He was very prompt. His repairs were quick since he had such a keen knowledge of the problems. His work area was covered and kept clean. His appearance was clean and very neat. I had complete faith in what to expect because I had read the Anglie's List reports on him. I had to call him back that same evening to repair a small problem that developed in the commode tank. He came back the next morning and repaired it at no charge and was very polite and apologized for the problem, even though it appeared to be the age of the commode tank overflow that went bad. I will use him any time I have need another plumber. What a pleasure to have someone of his caliber to show up, he was a nice surprise for these days.

I called him and he scheduled an appt for the following day. He called to say he was running early, and asked if it would be OK for him to come half an hour before our scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes. He was very neat, cleaned everything up, even brought his own paper towels. He showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. We've had no more plumbing problems since.

We started off a little rocky with a misunderstanding of the day he was to work, but the problem easily could have been mine, since we discussed two different days, and he already had plans for the "wrong" day. He arrived earlier than he usually would so I could get to work as early as possible, and finished everything in less than an hour, quite professionally. He even worked with me by letting me shut him in the bathroom so I could let my dogs in while he worked.

How did it go? Extremely well. Todd give us an estimate and completed the work as stated. The day of the job Todd arrived at exactly the time we agreed on. He was very courteous and did not rush the work. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship. It's clear that Todd takes great pride in his work and running his company in a professional manner. Todd's prices also seem very fair. I felt that the work he performed was well worth the money. I highly recommend Todd for any plumbing work. I know I will use him again!

I am very pleased with the work performance from Todd Christenson and My Guy, Inc. Plumbing. Todd came initially to fix a leaking toilet, tell me the source of a leak in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and give me an estimate of the cost to repair. I was so pleased with the estimate that I scheduled a second appointment for him to replace the leaky kitchen faucet. On both occasions he was very prompt, he worked very quickly but thoroughly, and he cleaned up everything before he left. Honestly, you would never know he had ever been there, except for the excellent repairs, of course! I would recommend Todd and My Guy Inc to anyone with plumbing repair needs.

Todd responded to my call within three hours, exactly when he said he would be available. He removed the faucet and quickly determined what we had done wrong. He had new copper fittings and tubing soldered into place within minutes. After pressure testing the connection, he reused the original faucet. The job was done quickly, neatly, and accurately.

Todd telephoned exactly when he promised to determine that we were home and still needed his service. He arrived promptly and did his work very efficiently. This is the third time we have used "My Guy Plumbing" and are quite pleased with Todd's work.

When we had our stall shower re-tiled, the installers were supposed to check with a plumber to make sure our new fixtures were going to work. They didn't do that, so we were worried that all the work would have to be redone. Todd, with My Guy Plumbing, came out and quickly assessed that we would have no problem installing the new fixtures and we could do it ourselves. I chose to have him do the work instead. Not only did Todd quickly install the new fixtures, but he gave me advice on the future installation of new sinks AND pointed out a flaw in the shower floor that will have to be fixed by the tile guys. Getting the bad news wasn't fun, but at least I now have a professionals opinion. He was very polite, and went out of his way to not leave any mess. Great guy and I won't hesitate to use his company again. He is licensed and a master plumber. He did honor the Angie's List discount as well.

He was scheduled for February 21, 2007 between 11 AM and 1 PM. He neither showed up nor called to explain. As of this writing (5:49 PM-2/22/07), he still hasn't called to explain why he failed to show or call.

Todd did a great job of hooking it up. He's a great guy, trustworthy and honest. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone without reservation. I got his information by checking Angie's List, so I'm definitely going to use the List in the future.

Todd was referred to us by a friend and we were very satisfied! He promptly returned our call and gave us advice over the phone before we scheduled our appointment. He called to let me know he was running early for our appointment. He explained everything and was very professional.
