He worked with my property manager. The experience was excellent.

Very friendly and professional service for a reasonable price. He replaced all the cheapo PVC pipes and fittings (which were leaking) with professional ones, and also replaced the thermostat.

One morning last week my wife walked into the laundry room and discovered our water heater leaking. It was apparent we needed a new water heater. Looking through the "A" listing of Plumbers in Angie's List I chose My Guy, Inc. and based my decision on the glowing reports and the close proximity of this company to my home. Without exception, every report had given this company an "A" on pricing and professionalism. Well...I gave My Guy, Inc. a call and and explained to Todd, the owner, that we needed a new water heater. Todd arrived at my home within three hours. Todd took a look at the heater and after a few moments he looked at me and with a big smile on his face explained," Your heater is ok...here's your problem...you have a small pin hole leak here in this water line on top of the tank." I thank him for his honesty and at that moment I realized that Todd was not only a professional but also a new friend. If your in need of a consumate professional and master plumber......Todd is your man.

Excellent. Easy to schedule, responsive, quick, professional and personable. I asked about a few other potentail plumbing items I might need done and h eprovided advice on alternatives and how I igh make some repairs myself. I trust Todd. I would recommend him to anyone.

Any description of these events would be only a series of superior comments and ratings. Besides professionalism, efficiency, neatness ad nauseum, I've only one complaint........he did not walk my dog.

Todd came within 1.5 hours after I talked to him on the phone. He cut the piece of the pipe that was cracked out and put a new piece with connectors on both sides. He knew what he was doing. He had the parts with him in his trailer in which he carries many spare parts. It was much quicker and easier repair that I had anticipated. He was very professional and even printed out his invoice in the truck when he was done.

When my bathroom remodel contractor removed tile from my shower, she found that the pan needed to be replaced; she said I needed a licensed plumber and that until the pan was replaced, she couldn't finish the shower. I went right to Angies List, found My Guy, called him that morning, and he came that afternoon, replaced the shower pan, and the remodeling was able to continue with little delay. Todd's ability to come so soon was a life saver!

The job took about one hour to complete. The cleaned up well after the job.

Todd came the same day I called. He said the handles did need to be replaced. If the connections were stripped, however, he would have to remove the tile to replace the piping. He came back the following day, and he was able to put on new faucet handles without removing any tile. The shower head did not work because the gaskets had dry rotted, so he also replaced the shower head. He cleaned up after his work was done, was very professional but also very pleasant. When he completed that bathroom job, he gave me an estimate for fixing the plumbing in the kitchen and gave me some ideas about what I could do to lessen the costs. I was very satisfied both with the work Todd had done and with his demeanor while he worked with me.

I called Todd back out to fix my leaking toilet because the time he was out for the faucet, I was impressed with his excellent work in fixing my bathtub faucet. He also looked at my other toilet flapper that was also going bad, and that saved me an entire trip out. He sat my temperature on my hot water heater. I didn't call him out for this. He is great, I highly recommend him.

Todd said he usually carried new ones with him, but he had come straight from another job where he had installed his last one. He was booked the next day, but promised me that he would come and install a new one even if he had to come after hours. Fortunately, he was able to get here late afternoon, and within an hour I had a new hot water heater installed.

Todd showed up promptly. He ran into a snag when he discovered the holes cut in the granite for the faucets were cut too close to the sink. He had to make the washers fit by cutting them off on one side. As a result it took an extra hour of his time, which was not his fault. He also repiped the drains for the Master bath.

This was the second time I had used his services. It went very well. He stayed to the permitting process and inspection. He was very nice to work with and easy to communicate with. He did nice work and cleaned up after himself.

When Todd looked at my small water heater that I thought needed to be replaced, he found that it is just fine and should last me several more years! He said the dirty, rusty looking water I was getting from it was merely from lack of use. While he was there I asked him to look at my larger, primary water heater to make sure everything was okay with it. He immediately noticed a major problem with the ECU hook-up (another inexperienced plumber had done the work 2 years ago - it took him all day because he had to keep adjusting the pipes and parts he was installing - now I know why!). The problem Todd found was a major safety hazard. I asked if he could fix it while he was here. He did. He completely re-did the ECU hook-up in less than an hour, and explained everything he was doing and why. Todd saved me $900 on a new water heater and it only cost me $165 to correct the piping problems with the ECU hook-up on my larger water heater. Todd did an excellent job!

He arrived promptly and did a great job. He had come to install the disposer, but when I mentioned the commode he looked at it and said I didn't need a new one, just a $6 fix.

I could not have asked for better service. The toilet he recommended is not only efficient, it is quiet and the seat goes down gradually; a real bonus.

Individual arrived during the scheduled window of time and notified me by phone as promised when he was on the way. He quickly identified the source of the leak as being the cracked supply tube nut and also cracked fill valve shaft and replaced both parts. Also, he also discovered that the toilet was clogged and took care of this problem with an auger. Overall, it was a very positive experience as he was very courteous and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and the parts that needed to be replaced.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I took care of a variety of issues such as a leaking faucet, toilet, and shower head.I removed a piece of jewelry from the sink as well.

The plumber arrived on time and determined that he had the necessary part and replaced it within a half hour.
