Todd was on time and replaced the water heater quickly. The new water heater is up to code and more energy efficient. I would highly recommend My Guy Plumbing and will use him again without hesitation.

A+++++++++ Todd completely described the process, arrived at the time he promised and was extremely professional and competent. The repair went several hours, however, Todd, gave me an extrremely reduced rate becuase he felt the repair shouldn't have taken as long as it actually did. What plumber does this???? He is the only plumber I will ever use.

A pipe in my second floor bathroom developed a leak flooding the area and the part of the adjoining bedroom. I called My Guy Inc after checking Angie's list and made an 8:30 AM appointment for the next day for the repair. I arranged to take time off from work and prepared to wait. Todd showed up two minutes early, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also suggested what I should do to avoid mold. The repair was done quickly and cleanly and I was back at work the same morning. This was a very positive experience and if I ever need another plumber I would definitely use My Guy Inc again.

I used My Guy again recently, and the service and value was great. I called one day and gave some times when I was available, and my needs were promptly taken care of. I had several faucets with associated problems, and all were fixed to my extreme satisfaction--better than i expected, actually. Great job, great service, and a great guy.

WONDERFUL - THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. Todd returned our call at which time we gave him our "needs list". He immediately made suggestions of toilets based on our request and emailed us full specifications, costs, and pictures of pieces we might want to choose from. Once we made our choices we set up a date and time based on our needs; he arrived and finished the job in an hour. I chose My Guy from Angie's list based on location, rating, and wanting an independent family man. He will be "MY GUY" from now on and anyone else who needs a plumber and asking for a recommendation from me. Todd's attention to detail is a pleasant experience in a world that no longer cares about customer service. His customer service is EXCELLENT.

They didn’t send us a bill for a few months, which we forgot about. I liked working with them overall. They came out quickly and did quite a bit of work for this clog on a hot day.

Called Todd on Saturday...he gave us an accurate esttmate and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the follwing week to replace our 15 year old hot water heater. He had the old one out and the new one in about an hour. Excellent service!

I called him in the morning to make an appointment to install a new garbage disposal and he said that if I had time, he had a slot open in the afternoon. So everything happened in one day. He came on time, performed the work professionally, left the place clean and when my wife asked him to look at the summer kitchen sink, he gladly fixed a leak at no additional cost.

I spoke to Todd on Tuesday afternoon and we set an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. He reviewed the pricing with me on the phone to remove and install a new water heater and the approximate time it would take to complete baring any further problems. He arrived on time and was ready to go. Todd was very professional. He completed the install in about an hour and even replaced a leaking valve connection without an extra charge. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend using Todd for any plumbing issues.

I called on Wednesday and described what I needed done. Todd said he could be there the next day. He arrived on time, has a great attitude and immediately got to work. He replaced a faucet in the bathroom and fixed the toilet (the water no longer would come in so he changed out the connection.) He also gave me an estimate on a remodeling project I am considering for the master bath. I like Todd because he doesn't try to "upcharge" me. He's always looking for ways to keep costs low while providing the correct fix for the problem. I also like that he has a rolling plumbing store with him! He doesn't have to take time (for which I'm being charged) to go out and get a part. He's got everything on his truck. I'd definitely use MY GUY plumbing again.

I called Todd Monday morning. Although I hadn't used him for several years, he almost instantly pulled up my address and info on that previous call just after hearing my name and before I could give an address. He said he could come by the next moring. Je showed up at the appointed time. The problem was a simple clog of a water inlet at the bottom of the bowl - i'd never have found it. He cleared it quickly and was on his way.

He has always been prompt and pleasant. I really enjoy working with him and will continue to do in the future.

I first called Todd a couple of weeks ago about a slow toilet on ground floor -- he asked when we had had septic tank pumped last, I said 10 years, and he advised start there. Recommended Drainfield Doctors, and he was right. D Drs. repaired and cleaned system, didn't just pump. Skip to this week -- Had Todd come out and fix problems with tubs described above. Short version: He explained every step, fixed everything and more, and final cost came in well below estimate. Todd is one classy guy and is a super square dealer in business.

While I was replacing a garbage disposal I damaged the drain it was attached to. Todd came to fix the drain and finish the install I had started, with improvements to the drains. He was on time and took about an hour. After the holidays, I have a list of things I plan to bring him back for.

I had a great experience with My Guy, Inc. He responded quickly to my phone call was extremely professional and explained everything in great detail. If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional plumber you can stop looking. I will be using him for all my future plumbing needs

My water heater is approximately 8 years old & I noticed that it didn't seem to be heating for as long as it used to. I was a little worried about it since I had company coming to visit. Todd, the owner of My Guy Plumbing responded quickly to my call of distress. Todd was both professional and knowledgeable. After performing all of his diagnostic tests he concluded that there really wasn't anything wrong with my water heater. The recent cold weather seemed most apt to be the culprit. Todd did not charge me anything since there was nothing to be repaired. I found this most admirable and will use his services in the future to replace my water heater to a larger unit--As well as to fix any other plumbing issues I may have. Thanks Todd!

Mr. Christenson arrived on time, found the problem, fixed the problem and explained why it had occurred. In addition, he noticed that our faucet hardware was broken. I asked him if he could replace it and he did right then and there.

Arrived on time. Professional. Listened well and asked appropriate questions. Knew what to look for. Worked quickly, explained work. Gave maintenance tips.

Todd the owner of My Guy plumbing does excellent work. He is honest, is there when he says he will be there, and his prices are fair. I will continue to use his services going forward

Replacing the shower valves necessitated cutting an access panel in the wall behind the valves, cutting out the old valves and small sections of attached pipe, then installing new connecting pipe, new valve assemblies and new shower head and shower head pipe. The original work order was for the master cut-off valve replacement only. Replacing the shower and washing machine valves was agreed upon during the first visit, so the work was done on two separate days. Because of circumstances, the second day's work had to be rescheduled a couple of times and in each case, Todd called in advance, arranged for another appointment time and showed up promptly as agreed. I was very impressed with his attention to keeping me informed.

Now this is service!! Emailed Todd at 9:30 at night after concluding that we have not had not water for the entire day. Asked Todd to contact us when he could the next day noting that it was pretty obvious that it was kind of an emergency since we were without hot water. About 10 mins after I hit the send button on the email that night, Todd called. He instructed us to check the pilot and assured us it was an easy fix if, in fact, it was the pilot. Sure enough, he was correct. We lit the pilot and called him to make sure we did the right thing. He was gracious enough to place a call to us for service and receive our follow up question. Now that's a "Guy" you want to do business with and recommend to others.

Everything is working great. He even showed me how to fix something not even related to plumbing. Todd is a great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone in Ctrl FL.

Excellent, fast service for a reasonable price!

Because he was honoring his committments, and I had a time sensitive need, I used another vendor. However, in the future I will do what I can to work with My Guy- they made that good of an impression.
