I have used him approximately six times. I love his service. He is quick to get back with you, his prices are very reasonable, and he provides good work.

The men worked very hard and did a great job with the work considering it was much more difficult than previously thought.

He was on time, professional and courteous. He said it wouldn't be more than hour labour and it wasn't. Price of the parts he used was reseonable as well.

I purchased a new laundry tub and faucet and then went looking for an installer. Angie's list came to the rescue once again when I was lucky enough to find My Guy, Inc. I was impressed with the reviews and then called to make my appointment. Todd arrived on time and is an extremely personable man who really knows his business and gets right to work. The job was finished quickly and the bill presented was as quoted prior to the work being done. I will be using My Guy again for sure.

My kitchen sink was clogged up and no amount of work we did on it could unclog it, even trying a pipe snake. I called My Guy around 8:30 a.m. and he was cordial, friendly, and very helpful. Told me price would be 165 and that his drain guy would call me later in the day to arrange an appointment. I was really impressed with the first conversation - felt like I was talking to someone who already was treating me like a long term customer. I said I only needed about 30 minutes notice. Jim, the drain wizard, called me later in the morning and arrived about 30 minutes later, as he said. Worked quickly, professionally, with a minimum of fuss. Cleared the drain by going through the outside line so no pipes needed to be broken or replaced. He cleaned out the entire pipe. The entire job was done quickly and effectively. He gave me some tips as well as to what caused the problem and how to help my drain so it doesn't happen in the future. I will be adding you to my address book and am so thankful to have found a great, no-nonsense plumbing service. Thanks so much!

Todd went right to work did the disposer install and replaced the valve under kitchen sink my appointment was late afternoon. Todd was on time. He went to check valve and faucet situation in bathroom. At first, as I said, the one faucet had no hot water. We discussed various faucet replacements for the two sinks and settled on one. He checked valves and was able to loosen them so that they would work. He went out turned water back on checked all of his work for leaks and discovered that the hot water was now working so I did not have to replace faucets if I did not want to. In the end I chose to replace anyway as the ones in there were old and would probably fail before much longer. At this point it was dark and early evening so we set up a time for him to come back and replace the faucets and work on the outdoor faucet in the daylight. Todd did not want a penny from us for the work he had completed that day. He would give us the bill when he was done with the other items. Todd was extremely professional, worked efficiently and quickly. We set the next appointment for January 21st, between 12 and 2, Todd again was timely, professional, worked quickly and efficiently, did all of the work requested and gave us the bill as we had discussed there were no extra charges, no surprises. I feel as though we have found our forever plumber and everyone needs that at some point. I would not hesitate to recommend My Guy, Inc. Will definitely call on My Guy again.

I wanted to replace a pull-out sprayer faucet with a side sprayer type. This would require drilling an additional hole in the counter. The counter was some sort of stone like material (not granite) and I was not sure if it was possible to drill such a hole. I called Todd and discussed the problem. He couldn't say over the phone whether it was possible or not and offered to come by a take a look. The next day he did. As soon as he walked into my kitchen and say the counter he said he could drill the hole with no problem and asked what kid of faucet I wanted to install. I told him what I wanted, then I went an extra step and told him why (always a good thing to do). Side sprays allow you to stop the spray by releasing a button on their handle - a handy feature when both hands are full and water is running. I asked if he knew of any pull-out sprayers with such a feature that would not require drilling a hew hole. He said yes, pulled out his phone and showed me a couple of pictures that did just that saying they worked fine and were better faucets than I was looking at. He gave me a price right there (he only charged me his cost, which turned out to be the same as Amazon's). He showed me a similar faucet by the same manufacturer he carried on his truck and said he could order the one we had been discussing and get it within a day or two. He would bring it by and only if I liked it he would he install it - no obligation on my part. I said to go for it. Two day later he called (we missed the delivery cut off time for next day arrival) saying he had the faucet and could he come the next day to install it. I said sure. He arrived as expected, installed the faucet doing an excellent installation job, cleaning up all the installation junk and leaving the space under the cabinet cleaner than I had kept it. I was very pleased with the faucet which did everything he said it would and some things I hadn't even thought of. All things considered, a very professional job with Todd gong 'the extra mile' to get me what I really wanted, not ;just what I said I wanted. But then, this has been my experience every time I have called on him.

I called and asked them to come out and look at my plumbing leak and provide me with an estimate. The response was "I don't drive out to provide a written estimate, I do the estimate over the phone". Over the phone, without even seeing the situation; not my idea of a responsible company.

Todd, the owner, was very responsive. He called to confirm appointment and re-confirmed when he was on his way. Professional, courteous, had all the materials on his truck/trailer for the repair and at a great value.

Price was fair - work was excellent - he kept in touch when he was running a little late - have used them twice and will use them again if I have the need

Fast & furious service with very reasonable price. He fixed what needed to be fixed without trying to exaggerating the materials, work effort, or cost. Came in at 6:00 pm and out of the door by 8:00 pm. Thanks a bunch! Will call him again when something comes up.

I chose My Guy from Angie's list and it proved to be worth it. It went execllent. Todd was very professional and knowledgeable. His joy in what he was doing showed that he also loves his work and is proud of his work. I feel he went far and above of what I wanted done. His wealth of knowledge and honesty was gratifying. He clearly gave me all the options, pros and cons. He is worth every penny I paid. Yes, I will use him agin and recomend him to others.

I chose My Guy based on reviews here on Angie's list, when my wife called stating the toilets were overflowing. Out of sheer coincidence he had just left my neighbors and was able to turn around and save the day. He was very prompt and professional. I would definitely use again.

After receiving a huge water bill, I walked around the house and detected a hissing sound in an exterior wall. Called Todd, who I had used before, and he heard it as soon as he walked in the door. He banged a hole through the outside of the wall to reveal a connection with a pinhole leak inside the concrete block. It was in an assembly that involved connections to a toilet and a shower. He replaced the assembly with modern materials and clean up.

We discovered we did not have hot water and went to check our water heater to discover that it was leaking. We called Todd the next morning, as we had used him in the past. He came out that evening with a new gas water heater in tow. Our water heater was in a very tight space but Todd was able to remove, replace and assure all was working in no time. Todd was up front with estimates and remained true to his word. Todd is always very pleasant to work with, willing to answer a ton of questions with a smile and understanding. I highly recommend him! And you should see his "office" that goes with him everywhere! He comes prepared for any situation.

Had a problem getting hot water and had a feeling it was a heating element that I already replaced by another plumber early in the year. Saw the reviews on Todd and called him. Reviews were spot on, he talked with me regarding problem and what he thought it could be and the costs up front. He came that day and it took him no time to analyze, explained what had happened and replaced the element. Todd stayed to ensure water was hot and adjusted everything my settings on water heater. The previous plumber had put on too strong an element so it burned out again. Todd was professional and very nice, we would no doubt use his services again and will recommend him to neighbors and friends

The pipes had been embedded in large roots from our neighbor's pine trees. Todd came out initially on 09/26/12 to do the repair and found that the main itself had issues. He took the time to speak with the City in regards to the main and when they would be able to get back out to fix it. He then put in a partial fix for one of the leaks and gave me some instructions on turning water on and off. We scheduled a date for him to come back and he assured me that if an emergency arose, he would be there. He did not charge me at that time for the 1+ hour he had been there. During the weekend, my family and I continued to remove the LARGE amount of HUGE roots that had grown around the pipe leading to the house. While clearing the 3-4 inch diameter roots, we discovered several leaks. We contacted Todd, came up with a temporary plan for getting water to the house and Todd advised if it did not work, he would come right out. The plan worked. Todd came out again on 10/03/12 (as scheduled), set up and made easy work of the rest of the larger roots ( a lot faster than we did on Saturday) and set up the new pipe to the house. He was pleasant, professional and took time to explain what he did. I have a list of further plumbing jobs for my house and I know who I am calling!

Finally, we have a great plumber!!! I called Todd, via Angie's list, and he came the next day. He had a job that was running late and couldn't make the window we agreed on, but he called and rescheduled to accommodate me, later that same day. As other people have notes, Todd shows up with a huge trailer filled with an entire plumbing store, including three water heaters! He is also incredibly nice, communicates well, and is very fairly priced. He replaced a flush handle, a flapper, and a feed tube in my toilet, and did it all less expensively, and quicker, than the partial repair that was done -- and didn't last -- two years ago, by another plumber. Of course, whether his repair holds will be the true test of his work, but if you don't see a revision here, you can assume it held perfectly. Todd's demeanor engenders trust, and I will certainly turn to him, again.

i feel lucky that i got him when he was not flooded with calls! In and out in under 2 hours, and with a complete clean up. The hot water is working better than ever.

Todd explained pricing and options over the phone. Made an appointment for the next day. Within the hour he fixed the problem. Instead of just saying you need a new toilet, he went the extra step to remove the object from the drain. He was friendly and personable.

I tried to use a handyman to repair/ replace some plumbing items in the house. My mistake, but Mr., Todd Kristenson who owns came out repaired the damage, replaced everything that the first fellow managed to damage. He is a pleasant, friendly fellow, who told me up front and before he came in what my costs would be .He checked the toilet tank, showed me the damagesd, cracked toilet which was the major problem; made recommendations as to the type and cost of a replacement that would be best suited for my use, given my advanced age. He then fixed all of the other plumbing issues in the kitchen and returned with the new chair height, low flush toilet, ensured that it was level and firmly fixed to the tile floors, caulked the base and checked it numerous times to ensure that everything was working and there were no leaks and I was very pleased with his work. He then checked all of the stuff he repaired in the kitchen andissues, with respect to my plumbing both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. H's quick, thorough and totally professional, as well as a very nice fellow.

Todd responded to my call while driving out of town on a family emergency and contacted me as soon as he returned. Made a decision on model and he was here the next day at the agreed upon time. Not only is he efficient, fast, fair and thorough, his follow up is awesome. Anyone need a plumber....My Guy is THE GUY!!!

Excellent. Todd even found a few other improvements to make to the sink that made it even better. Todd is on-time, doesn't leave a mess and does amazing work. He's worth the money every time.

Excellent experience. Todd was prompt and explained each step of what he was doing. Did not try to sell extra equipment or services. Completed exactly what I wanted him to do.

I thought I had a plumbing leak inside a wall. He found it wasn't inside the wall BEFORE he tore up the wall. It was a leaking toilet and he carried the replacement parts in his truck. He says he works smarter not harder. This job needed smarter. My kind of guy.
