Terrific they were fantastic

My experience with Miracle Windows went very well. They were out here immediately after I called them. They were good quality products and the installation was very smooth. Their prices were very expensive. If I needed to use them for anything, I might do a little more research on other companies prices.

We live in a three story home and the second floor is (was) always hot and the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat. Initially we thought it was the thermostat, but it was fine. I knew that there were gaps in the porch doors which needed to be fixed/replaced, but the heat that built up in the other bedrooms was horrible when the sun penetrated through the windows. My daughter and I went to the home show and signed up for an in home demonstration and look at several different window companies. We were very impressed with the quality of all the windows, however Miracle Windows really stood out. The sales person (Rich) was very professional and had a device that could measure the amount of heat that could pass through a window. We had him demonstrate with our own windows, not just the pieces he had brought along. The windows/doors were definitely more expensive than the other companies, but the quality was significant enough that we felt it was worth the difference. We negotiated a price and timeframe. The dates for measurement and installation were right on time. The installers were excellent and kept my daughter informed of their progress. Bottom line - the 2 bedrooms that heated up during the day no longer have that problem. The rooms are at a very comfortable temperature. The 2 porch doors are just beautiful and we no longer have heat and rain coming through!
