It was good. They show up in time. They did not ask for money and clean afterwards. They are very professional.

It was my very first time using Lowes for an install. From ordering to installation They were on it! Customer service was excellent! They called me about the order and thanked me, called me about door estimated arrival, called me to tell me it arrived and immediately scheduled an installation date, called me to ask how was the install. Installation was completed, on time and to my satisfaction. They were on it! It shows that they seek the interest of the customers and the customers like to feel that they matter! Thanks Lowes!!

The only carpet work that I really had done was I had my carpet restretched in two rooms about two or three years ago. Essentially what happened was we replaced the carpeting in the master bedroom and I used Lowe's. Whatever happened it was a poor installation that was done. So I complained to Lowe's and they went ahead and said okay what were going to do is they sent a guy down, he confirmed that there was some problems, and they gave us a new choice of carpeting. They put the carpeting in and also included restretching of the carpeting. Which after the two years that it was in, it needed. So they came out and restretched the carpeting and Lowe's was terrific. I was a very satisfied customer.

They were very helpful in designing it and the guys that did the installation did a good job. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and we were fairly happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

I like the way the stores are laid out and they seem to have a better selection of merchandise. All of their stuff is high quality and I’ve yet to run into a problem with the quality of the materials. Sometimes there aren’t enough staff members but they all seem to be knowledgeable. When I ask them a question and they don’t know the answer, they’ll find someone for me that does. The price is very competitive.

Very well. Love the look and want to do more with the sub-contractor and Lowe's (Sanford branch) to replace all the kitchen counter tops.

THEY DID HANDLE EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE GIVEN AN OFFER WHERE YOU COULD CHARGE IT AND BE INTEREST FREE FOR A YEAR, AND THEN WE HAD A CERTIFICATE FOR TEN PERCENT OFF AND THEN AS A BONUS THEY WERE TELLING US ABOUT REBATES THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT. WE REALLY GOT OUR MONEY'S WORTH. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN WE HAD TO RETURN SOME OF IT, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM ABOUT THAT EITHER. NOW WHEN WE NEED STUFF FOR THE HOUSE, WE GO TO LOWE'S.

IT WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME, THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD.

IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONTRACTED OUT. AS FAR AS DOING THE ACTUAL WORK, IT TOOK THREE MONTHS LONGER THAN ACTUALLY QUOTED. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS AVERAGE. THEY SAID ONE THING GIVING US AN ESTIMATED TIME OF SERVICE, AND THEN THEY PROCRASTINATED AND HAD US LINGERING ON.

I was impressed with the price matching that they first provided to me as Home Depot provided the same fence for $8.00 less. They were extremely helpful in providing me information on what to buy and quantities needed. My only issue came with the delivery. They piled the fence pieces up on a wood pallet which was too small and it ruined the bottom pieces. However they did replace these.

IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION AROUND A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR US. THE CARPET WAS BACK ORDERED, SO THERE WAS A BIT OF A DELAY. THAT MESSED US UP A BIT, BUT THE CARPET AND INSTALLATION WAS WHAT WE ORDERED AND LOOKED GOOD.

THE CARPETING WAS QUALITY. INSTALLATION WAS A CHALLENGE TO SCHEDULE. THE DOORS WERE REMOVED TO LAY CARPETING, AND WAS NOT PUT BACK IN THE SAME PLACE WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. TACK STRIPS WAS LEFT IN OUR FRONT FOYER WHERE THERE WAS NO CARPET AND THAT WAS VERY DANGEROUS FOR THE KIDS. THE INSTALLATION CREW DID NOT VACCUUM OR FINISH THEIR JOB. ONE WORKER REQUESTED LUNCH, DRINKS, ETC. WHILE INSTALLING THE CARPET.
