 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS PERFORMED PER THE ESTABLISHED SCHEDULE. EXCELLENT WORK CREW, VERY PROFESSIONAL THAT PROVIDED QUALITY WORK. THEY PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT CLEAN UP (SHRUBS WERE REMOVED, PROTECTED AND WATERED WHILE BEING REMOVED AND REPLACED FROM ORIGINAL POSITIONS). MINOR CONDITIONING REQUIRED CALL BACK, BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO RESOLVE THE CONDITION ON THE WEEKEND.
Description of Work: THEY EXCAVATED TO EXPOSE SLAB TO SIDEWALL TRANSITION. THEN THEY WASHED THE EXPOSED SURFACE TO REMOVE DIRT, MILDEW ETC. THEN THEY INSTALLED A URETHANE SEALANT OVER BACKER ROD AS NEEDED AT FAUX BRICK FOUNDATION TRANSITION. AFTER THAT THEY APPLIED A THOROSEAL WATERPROOFING TO ASSURE WATER TIGHTNESS. THEN THEY APPLIED TWO COATS OF SEALER OVER THE FAUX BRICK WALLS.
