My sewage pump kept tripping my electric breaker whenever my sewage pump was plugged. As a DIY-er, plumbing and sewage is not something I take for granted. Joe's done some work for me before so I gave him a call. Joe was able to replace my pump and my pump alarm for a very reasonable price. He also educated me how my system works, he is very knowledgeable. One less thing to worry about. Thanks Joe!

Joe came out first and gave us an estimate on the job. He thoroughly explained all our options to get the job done. Gave us the first date he had available the following week (we were approaching a holiday weekend), and he showed up on that day. The job turned out to be a little trickier than anticipated (the new sink we purchased had no directions in the box, plus Joe needed a few extra parts), but he handled it with professionalism and still got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Joe is very friendly and takes into consideration keeping the price down. I would definitely use him again.

We called Joe on Memorial Day about a disposal in our kitchen that stopped working. He came out the next morning to fix the problem. He was on time, installed the new disposal and made sure everything was clean when he was finished. I also asked him about toilet that was difficult to flush. He was also able to detect the problem we were having with the toilet when no one else had been able to before. He ordered the part and is coming back to fix that as well. He was very professional and friendly. My 5 year old daughter was there at the time. She was very interested in what Joe was doing. He was happy to explain things to her. I would definitely recommend Joe and will be using his services in the future.

Very good. He knew what he was doing. We spoke to him at 7:30 am and he came the same day at 10:30 am. He accessed the issue and fixed and was done by 11:15 am. We will schedule him to come back as he does drywall repairs and the ceiling in the master closet will need to be repaired for the leak.

Joe was on-time and quick. Everything was replaced and working as expected. I have finally found my plumber!

We got a few different bids and while Joe wasn't the cheapest, he was the most thorough and professional and I'm a believer in that you get what you pay for. Joe was on time, very prompt, had great communication, didn't go over-budget and his work is top notch. We had a very minor problem we called him about and he was out the next day and promptly fixed it. I would gladly use him again and recommend Joe highly.

Joe showed up early, quickly found the problem(s) and replaced parts in the toilet tank. He also checked a drain problem in the shower and demonstrated that it was working ok. He did a great job. I would use his services again.

We had just moved into our home and right before Christmas had a water main break! Joe not only put personal Christmas shopping aside to fix our pipes, but also did it with a smile:) Highly recommend calling Joe!

I sent Joe an email from the Angie's list website, asking him to call at his convenience on Monday. He called me by 9am and was at my house by 10:30 because he happened to be nearby at his supplier's. We discussed in detail what was wrong with my shower and he is writing up 2 estimates on 1) quick fix of shower leak and new shower doors and setting; and 2) remodel of entire shower. Then we proceeded upstairs to the tub that we cannot get unclogged - and we've tried everything! Apparently, when all was said and done, the contractor who had refinished the tub must have washed all that sanding and grit down the drain because we could not get the clog to go down...it had to come UP ! And up it came - full of hair and GRIT which mixed together are a lethal combination for a tub drain. Joe's price was fair and showed me how to do fix the problem myself in the future. Joe was great. I trust him and I like him - I asked for extra cards so I could pass out to my friends. I'll let you all know how the shower goes...praying for a lower estimate than first glance... !
