They did a nice job remodeling the master bath. They showed up on time, job finished on budget. We were happy with the work and would hire them again.

Joe traded messages several times, we finally got to speak on the phone at least a couple more times, but it seemed he could never work in a visit to my home to do the work or even provide an estimate. He sounded like a nice guy, but I eventually had to give up and hire someone else. I really had hoped to try him out because I hope to do bathroom renovations also in the future. I was very disappointed.

Love, love, love Joe's Plumbing. Joe came out and gave me an estimate AFTER my home warranty gave me an estimate of what the "excluded charges" would cost. The contractor my Home Warranty company was using tacked on charges that would have cost me hundreds. So I asked my home warranty company to cut me a check for what they would have paid them and I used that to pay Joe plus my out of pocket of a few hundred and I came out better than paying THEIR contract the 'excluded' charges (to bring it up to code) which Joe showed me wasn't nearly as expensive as they were trying to charge as he brought it up to code and we saved! Joe's done other work for me inside and outside the house with plumbing issues and he's so reliable and doesn't overcharge.

It went perfectly, Joe is professional, timely, and helpful. Joe quickly provided an estimate, gave me his availability information and It was fair and complete. He listened to my vision, assisted in choosing products and we went forward. He was on time, there every day and proficiently worked to completion. The only delay was that my vanity arrived damaged and that was not Joe's fault, as soon as new one arrived he put me on the schedule and completed the job. Joe was great...came on time when promised (the day after I purchased the "deal") He was efficient and honest...talked me out of upgrading to a more powerful model, saying the 1/2 hp would be fine. He was right. Left everything clean, and was most personable (according to my husband as I was at work). We now have a new plumber who I have already recommended to my daughter. He is so good. He had to go through the wall upstairs to do the plumbing and you couldn't even tell that he has been there. He is so excellent. He is so good. His work is just beyond extraordinary. It's just so good.

We've had a problem with a minor leaking shower faucet for some time. A year or so ago we had another plumber attempt to fix it. The fix didn't work and his only other solution was to cut into the shower tile & replace the valve in the wall. Leaking had just gotten a lot worse I decided to try another plumber. After reviewing Angies List again, I decided to give Joe the Plumber a call. Joe was very responsive and scheduled an appointment the next day. After analyzing the problem, he tried one solution that didn't solve the problem, analyzed again and came up with another solution to try. He had to run out & pick up a part nearby and after installing that part ... the shower is not leaking. He took the next step to try and solve the problem. In addition to being an excellent plumbing problem solver, he's a very nice person. I'll call Joe the next time I need a plumber & recommend him.

I called Joe and left a frantic message because my hot water heater was leaking and spraying out onto the wall. I have been ill for months and this was not what I needed. He immediately returned my call due to the urgency and could not have been kinder. He ran out and bought a new hot water heater and came to my home as soon as he could. The best service I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend him. He was so professional and efficient and I am a very picky home owner. He went above and beyond and even repaired the wall. I cannot say enough. He did an excellent job!

Joe has done several jobs for us over the past two months, which include repair of a clogged sink and shower, repair of a shower handle, repair of two sink handles, repair of our kitchen sink garbage disposal and, most recently, repair of a running toilet. Without belaboring the point, Joe completed all repairs efficiently, effectively and at a completely fair price. He is the consummate professional, as he showed up when he said he would show up, and didn't surprise us with and "extras" as some in the service profession tend to do. If you live in the Lake Mary, Heathrow or Sanford area, there is simply no reason to use a plumber other than Joe's Plumbing. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe, and will continue to use him exclusively for all our plumbing needs.

Joe came to look at the Master Bathroom tub faucet that stopped working. He was the third plumber to come out. The first one wanted to cut away an entire section of the wall and gave us a quote of over $1,000 to make the repair. The second plumber made the initial visit and said we needed a new cartridge and would order it and return. He never retuurned. Joe arrived when he said he was going to arrive, diagnosed a fairly simple problem and fixed it on the spot at a very reasonable cost.

Wanted to update the faucets in my master bedroom bathroom, so I looked on Angie's list for a plumber. I saw Joe's Plumbing & Custom Home Repair Inc., had good reviews and he also had a special for $185.00 for $200.00, worth of plumbing, so I purchased it. I reached out to him through email because I had some questions and he immediately responded to my questions and answered them. He contacted me right away after I purchased the deal to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment he was there right on time and immediately went to work. He did a great job installing the two faucets. He was neat and cleaned up afterwards. The faucets work perfectly. Joe is very professional and knows his craft well. i would use him again for plumbing jobs.

Joe came on time as he said he would and removed a stubborn cartridge that had gotten stuck in the shower faucet. It took him some time but he managed to get it out and got the new one put in. Overall I am happy with his work.

After reading all the positive reviews on Angie's list, I initially called the provider about a month before my second attempt; I left a detailed message and never received a response. The second time I decided to purchase a "Big Deal' coupon (185.00 for 200.00 worth of work) and I received a return call within an hour. I explained that I had a leaky shower valve and would prefer it be replaced as the finish does not match the shower head; I was asked to text photos so the correct handle could be purchased. I also needed a sink stopper repaired and a shut off knob replaced on the ice maker line. We scheduled the appointment and Joe was punctual. The valve was repaired as was the ice maker shut off knob. Joe did not replace the shower valve, I believe he said he could not find one in brushed nickel to match the head (I was not home at the time, but my husband was). The sink stopper wasn't replaced as he didn't have one long enough with him. While I'm satisfied with the repairs that were completed, I'm not happy about having to pay another service call if I decide to have these issues addressed. As far as price, I'm not sure what the going rate is for these types of repairs but I probably wouldn't purchase these deal coupons again as there's no way of knowing what the regular cost would have been. 200.00 seems steep for two minor fixes. Based on other reviews and the fact that the provider showed up on time and the repairs held up, I would use Joe's plumbing again.

Joe was very professional and charged a reasonable fee. On top of that, he gave more than expected. He is very precise, does things correctly so there is less chance of future problems, and is very flexible. He showed up when he said he would, too. Joe can do it all, plumbing, tile work, rebuilding walls, insulation, etc. the only thing he didn't do was the shower door, which he contracted out and was installed perfectly. Joe is the right choice. Hands down. Stop looking and call him. You'll be glad you did.

Joe showed up at the correct time and quoted a price for the job. After going to the store to buy the appropriately colored sink, he did a fine job of removing the old one and installing the new one. Instead of using a cheap, porcelain-coated steel sink he used a higher quality ceramic one. He also replaced the water inlets with nice braided lines. Joe is a friendly easygoing man whom I would definitely recommend.

I had a gushing leak next to my water main. The county inspector shut it off, which meant that I needed a plumber that day or go without water for the weekend. As I made calls to Angie's List providers, Joe's Plumbing was the first to respond with same day service. Joe came within 2 hours of my call after finishing a job some 25 miles away. He excavated dirt around the pipes and quickly diagnosed the leak. He replaced a 12-inch section with new PVC and turned my water back on in all of 30 minutes. I watched as he worked and can vouch for his professionalism in quickly resolving the issue with quality workmanship and materials. Lastly, the price was the bottom of the price range he quoted me over the phone. In fact, he came in lower than the others that I called.

Joe was professional and did quality work and on time. He allowed me to purchase my own equipment. New heater has been working without a hitch. Most importantly, he was communicative and provide a written estimate which he honored.

Joe was great! We called Monday and he had availability Tuesday. He gave us a 2 hour approximate time window, and was there in that time frame. Very knowledgeable, asked me all the right questions, and was timely and efficient! I would definitely recommend him!
