Rosy did an amazing job!! I came home to a house that not only looked amazing but smelled amazing also! I had a list of things that I needed done and she did all of them and then some. She didn’t miss a thing. I will be hiring her again once a month to do the things I hate to do (deep clean bathrooms +++). She utilized her time to the max and her rate is WORTH IT! The owner, Rosy, was exceptionally responsive and organized. She got me on the schedule immediately, and her communication was amazing from start to finish. The outstanding cleaning team that she sent to the house were professional, extremely nice, incredibly hard-working, efficient, and thorough. I'm floored by the amount of detailed cleaning they got done. A pleasure all the way around, and I will absolutely use them regularly. My only regret is that I can't give HomeWorks by Rosy a higher rating than five stars.

This company was very easy to work with. I hired them to clean my elderly parent's home. I am in CA so good communication was important. They went above and beyond in the actual cleaning of my parent's house. Paid attention to detail and made my picky parents very happy! I would highly recommend using their services.

As a Property Manager, I've used Homeworks by Rosy many times but this review is based on her team cleaning my new home. It went great . the home hadn't been lived in for more than 2 years. Her team of 2 ladies cleaned and shined it so it was great to move into.

Before starting the work, I gave some instructions and recommendations to the person who came to do the work, but they were not taken into account. The end result was a mediocre cleaning that took longer than it should have.

Great. Rosie was professional and caring. Her flexibility was great since I care for my husband. The girl she sent, did a very nice job. She always answered her calls. I encourage everyone who needs this service to use this company.

We set up a deep clean plus biweekly cleaning for my mother . The service was outstanding and the deep clean was amazing . Kailyn came biweekly and did an outstanding job. I have had Rosy for several years now and she and her employees have always done a fantastic job. I recently had my house cleaned on 1/6/20 and this is the 2nd time that Keilyn has cleaned my home in the past several months. i must say that Keilyn has done an AMAZING JOB the past several times and has left my home what I would consider "Show Room Ready". Keilyn's attention to detail on places you would not even expect to be cleaned is terrific. So terrific that my 13 and 11 year old has even commented on how great of a job that Keilyn has done. Cannot wait until she comes back next month.

Rosy and her team have been providing bi-weekly cleaning services at my home for a couple of years now. We are very happy with the service. Even when we started to think about making a change, Rosy switched our bi-weekly cleaning specialist, and things have been top notch since.

We hired this company to clean 3 complete bathrooms and 1 bedroom living and dining rooms and kitchen and vacuum including stairs. Clean kitchen and mop floors also clean dining room and sliding door windows including the track. When Rosy came for consultation she said they do top to bottom cleaning and clean all that they are so detailed they even do cracks and crevices. The minimum is 4 hours of work. This is a large house and she said 1 person can do all that we requested in 4 hours. She also said if she feels 1 person cannot complete she would send 2. However she said 1 would suffice. We could not do a morning appointment because we have an infant in the mornings. So afternoon was needed. The lady arrived on time and spoke broken English, so there was a big communication issue. She started at 2:50pm she was very slow and started in master bedroom and we had to tell her to go over her work in bedroom because was not clean. By 6pm she was doing kitchen and left piles of hair and dust in the corners of kitchen. No attention to detail was given like we were promised. Floor was sticky we had to clean again. The hall bathroom toilet was left unclean and left dust I. Corners of bathroom floor. She would not stay and complete work. Left living room dirty including tables and fixtures as well as stairs. Rosy never called to follow up as promised so I waited till after Xmas to plead my case. She was very defensive and was blaming the housekeepers shortcomings on my mother saying my mom only wanted 1 housekeeper and also did not expect entire home to be cleaned. I also told her this lady took personal phone calls while on our time. I kept all correspondence between rosy and myself when I put in my complaint and her only offering was 1 hour of free cleaning when there is a 4 hour minimum! That is an insult. Very unprofessional and deceiving. I have a large circle of friends and she will never be recommended by me I will tell all to keep on looking and pass her by.

Rosy came out and talked to me, looked at what needed to be done and scheduled me an appointment. Rosy sent out a nice young lady who was wonderful and a very hard worker. I scheduled another appointment and Rosy told me the young lady didn't want to come back out. She scheduled another girl who's schedule I had to work around.

The service was excellent. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Great attention to detail, prompt and Rosie made sure that everything you wanted/expected from the service would be covered. I always loved coming home to a sparkling house afterwards.

Excellent! Nancy’s been cleaning for us since January 2019. Not only does she do an excellent job, she is dependable & trustworthy. Rosy the owner is amazing. She is always there whatever you need & makes sure everything runs well. Both of them are lovely people too. We would recommend them 100% & that’s saying a lot coming from such picky people.

I couldn't imagine owning this vacation rental business without her capable assistance. She keeps me informed of cottage needs and we communicate frequently to assure the optimal guest experience. Rosy has top notch experienced help. All cleaning supplies were brought to my home with brand new rags that are only to be used in my home. I will be using Roses service from now on. Elizabeth cleaned my home today. She cleaned areas that were missed by every other cleaning company. Rosy had Elizabeth do a walk through at the end of my cleaning. Everything was perfectly cleaned! Wonderful experience.
