Emergency Glass Services is who you need to call when you need worry-free glass services done. No doubt about it. We called Emergency Glass Services during the aftermath of coming into our house after it was burglarized - the thief had smashed a large glass window to gain access to our home. As some of you might know, when you are in this situation, you just want to get your house back to normal and get things fixed. After calling a couple of companies and having them tell me they could't come until the next day or later, we found Emergency Glass Services' number and talked to Randall. We asked for their emergency service and Randall was here within hours of my call. He not only fixed the glass, but also helped clean up most of the shattered pieces. He is very friendly and so professional - I couldn't have asked for a better company to help us regain our 'normal'. If you need glass repair services, don't even bother calling somebody else. Really!

In march a thunderstorm caused the house to "shake" and a window shattered in my kitchen. i called a company here in Port orange, Fl and they said they were busy with commercial jobs and would have to get back to me...Two weeks later i called them and still the same story..I tried another company and left a message. I was never called back. I found Emergency Glass service on Angie's list and was so happy that i did. They came out on the day i suggested and it took all of 20 minutes to put in a new pane of glass. The man was very courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing.

Went well. Randall did his best to find matching glass to the door but no one supplied it. I ordered something from Lowes and when it finally came in contacted Randall and he sent someone right away.

After an attempted break in left my side door glass shattered, I needed to have it repaired quickly. I selected Emergency Glass Service solely based on the Angie's list reviews. When I called, I spoke directly to Randall. He asked me several questions about the door and glass and asked me to send him a few pictures. After reviewing the pictures, he provided me with an estimate and set up an appointment for the following day. The next day near the end of the appointment window, Randall called to say he was running late. I was impressed that Randall apologized and took ownership of the problem and didn't make up excuses. We agreed to reschedule the install for the next day. As fate would have it, the next day I was detained and not able to make it on time. Randall was gracious enough to wait for me. The install went smoothly. The replacement glass fit perfectly. He even replaced the glass molding as the old one was yellowing. The final price was the same as the estimate. I plan on using him again to replace a couple of other windows.

The sale of our home in Lake Mary was ready to close in just a few days when a handyman broke a mirror panel in the master bath. I called Randall from Emergency Glass. He came to the house promptly, understanding that this was a repair that needed to be completed in a very short time frame. He gave me a quote on the job and two days later, after the mirror panel had been cut, sent Roger out to install the glass. Roger was very friendly and professional and did a great job of installing the mirror. Thank you, Empergency Glass Service for the timely and quality repair!

Randall from Emergency Glass Service did a spectacular job! He came at the time he said he would and proceeded to remove the old door and replace it right away. He was very neat and left the place spotless. I found Randall to be extremely courteous and professional. His price was just right . I highly recommend him to anyone.

I came home from work at night last week to find one of the glass panes in my front door had been completely shattered I had no idea why. My alarm was still on and there was no evidence of foul play. I quickly taped garbage bags on the door since I have cats and was afraid if the glass all fell out, there'd be a huge hole in the door and they'd get out. I looked on Angie's List to find a company they replaced glass and found Emergency Glass Service which was rated an A and had great reviews. I emailed them and within the hour, Randall called us and assured us that he'd be over in the morning. He came , cleaned up the broken glass all over the area in front of the door , took measurements and told me he'd call as soon as the glass piece came in. Which it did only a few days later and he was back to install it! Randall was so nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and this company!!

If ever needed I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to my friends, I am now more careful with the glass after Roger explained how delicate it can be. He was very friendly and thorough. They are a prime example of excellent customer service and excellent quality of service!

The owner took my call on a Saturday (even though he does not work on Saturday) and we made an appointment for him to come measure the glass panes for the following Monday. He came when he said he would, took measurements, and I paid him a deposit upon which he gave me a receipt. The glass came in when he said it would (about a week) and had his installer come and install them. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again!

Unfortunately someone attempted to break into our home by smashing a double pane window in our back yard. I think the alarm system scared them away. Anyway, I taped up the window and call Emergency Glass Service to inquire about getting the window repaired. They were able to come out the SAME DAY and took measurements. Since I had already secured the window they did not charge me their full trip fee. The measured the glass and returned approximately a week later to install the replacement. Quick, easy, and professional.

The glass guy showed up on time and did his work quickly and neatly. I just thought it was a bit pricey for the service, but it was good service.

I called talked with Randall from Emergency Glass Service, He quoted me $129.00 to repair a broken glass in my door. And they would come out the next day to measure the window door, and at that time an eighty dollar deposit was due. The service worker arrived on time told me he was in a hurry that the company had over scheduled him again. He appeared to be unsure of himself. He answered questions as if I was a bother to him. I was prepared to pay the man my deposit after he took the measurements and I asked for a receipt. The man wasn't sure if he had one He went to his truck eventually returned and stated he was unable to print the receipt ,. And asked me to call Randall (his boss) so he could send the receipt and invoice thru e-mail. When I called Randall he told me to give the worker my check and he would send it later. I told him I prefer he e-mail the receipt and an invoice now before I gave him my check. Randall began to tell me that that he is too busy to send an invoice or a receipt and either I could " trust him or forget the job." I found Emergency Glass service to be very unprofessional in how they treat customers. E. G. S. failed to provide anything in writing what they said they would do and at he same time wanted more than half the money up front wanting the customer to "trust" them. I find it odd that a company found time to arrange an appointment travel the next day to the home but doesn't have the time to write out an invoice or a receipt " I chose to forget the job"

Emergency containment and permanent replacement of window destroyed during house break in. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Integrity and honesty in an emergency situation was exemplary. Genuine compassion and care as well as quality of service.

This is the 3rd time I have had to use Randall and his company. Two occasions were due to balls breaking windows and another was actually and my mother's to fix her sliding glass door. He is very considerate and communicative. Randall is located in Sanford and I am in southeast Orlando in the Conway area. The distance was not an issue with him. This last incident I called him in the early evening to make arrangements for him to come out. The call went through an answering service but Randall called right away. He was really busy that night but he still offered to come later that night but we said we could wait because it was getting dark and we had other plans. I think this was a friday. He was supposed to call back on Saturday to arrange coming on Monday but we didn't hear from him. However, he called first thing Monday morning, sincerely apologizing for not calling on Saturday. He was at our house within 2 hours of calling on Monday. It was slightly raining that day. But he came out, got in the bushes and inside the house and fixed our one little broken pane so quickly I couldn't believe it. It had to be less than 15 minutes, maybe less! He cleaned up and was done. When they did the work on my mom's sliding glass door, there was problems getting the parts. However, they did not drop the ball and they stayed on top of the manufacturer in getting the parts needed. This repair and the first window repair was 3 years ago. I was so impressed then that I called them back again! They are awesome to work with and I highly recommend them!

Randall first gave me an estimate two days before he replaced the windows. They came when they said they were going to, they replaced the windows within two hours. Cleaned up after themselves and they performed professionally. I would call them again.
