Mow lawn, weeding, mulching, cleanup. We now have a contract with them and pay them monthly. They do a great job and they are always agreeable.

I've been killing myself mowing and doing the stuff mentioned above. I'm not a young man anymore. My wife went to a local mower shop and asked who she might use to clean up her school campus prior to students arriving. Dave was recommended. This is a large middle school and this guy did the whole campus for $300. She would have paid twice that. At home, it would be no trouble to have people mow, but no one wanted to pull weeds and keep the garden area clear and I can't do it anymore. Dave said he would do it; keeping the shrubs trimmed, pulling weeds, grass mowed once a week and make everything look nice again. I asked him for a quote and he told me $140/month. I told him it was too cheap and I'd pay him $150/month. We agreed, and he has been out here twice so far and the property is looking better with each of his visits. I'm expecting him again today to trim some more shrubs and mow. So far, so good. I'm very pleased with his hard working attitude and punctuality.
