had them install a new unit at my parent's house 1yr. 3mo. ago and the unit stopped blowing cold air. del-air are trying to charge me $1500 for labor to replace a faulty part in the unit under manufacturer warranty. sounds like they are charging me for the part and labor. $1500 dollars, that's a quarter of what I paid for the unit and installation. This is not rite.

The air conditioning works fine. No problems. They were prompt, fast, cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job. The price was fair.

Really getting tired of the horrible service by Del-Air. My unit is 3 years old and it already has gone down twice in the past year. I feel like I was suckered into the warranty that doesn't give me any benefit. My unit went down last week and it took me 4 hours to get it back up because the drainage system backed up and triggered the shutoff valve. I try to scheduled maintenance and they said they couldn't get me in until early August! After complaining, they scheduled me for this week and then tried to get me to buy a $180 maintenance package. Then said, if I don't have this package, I could get bumped from my scheduled time!!!!! Are you kidding me????????? To top it off, they won't give me ANY window of arrival. Ok, let me just take the entire day off and hope that you show up. Well, they showed up late afternoon, then proceed to sit in his car for 15 minutes while I'm standing in the garage waiting for him. In no obvious hurry, he starts to do his job until it starts to rain so he retreats to his truck. Then says he can't finish in this weather so they will scheduled me another day. I just laughed at this point. By they way, the rain stopped 10 minutes after he left. What else can you do but write a review to tell everyone to keep away from this company. Good luck if you have them!

afound a leak in my evaporator- helped me decide whether to replace unit of fix. Their quote for a new unit was highly competitive, but I decided to get the 6 year old unit repaired by the original installer of the A/C.

.del air installed a a.c.compressor on my a.c. unit that was bad. after i found out that the compressor was still under warenty, thy ordered it. after a week. the compressor was install. it still cost 1228.00. so 11months later the air was acting up again, i called del-air. after waiting for 3hrs. for them to arrive. the tec. said that he thinks that it was a resistance core that it had.charged me 79.00 and left. had another tec. come out and check the a.c. he said that it was the compressor. really after 11 months. the compressor was still under warenty and thy didn't even contact me shame on them. when i told the sales person from del-air about what had happened he just look away and gave me a price for a new unit. to bad for them, thy lost my trust in them

Thank you Del Air! I had a broken piece in my air handler and I had two companies come out one was Del Air. The estimate for both companies was around $700 to replace this broken part, I forget what it was. I decided to have del air do it because of their warranty and they seemed like a great company, very professional. The tech showed up on time to do the repair and he started taking the air handler apart and he said " Guess what you are in luck, What we thought was the problem is not the problem at all" apparently is was a switch that broke. They charged me only $75. AWESOME!! Will use you again Thank you for being so honest!!!

It went well that we use them for AC system which they have done a great job.

I purchased an entirely new system from Del-Air. I thought their prices were competitive and they had good no-interest payment options. The installlers were professional, timely and cleaned up when they were done. I was not as pleased with the salesperson, but I have been a long-time customer of DelAir with my original system, and trusted them as a company. About a month after installation, I found my unit not working as it should. Turns out there was a faulty part. They came out right away and fixed it quickly. I would've liked a little more customer service considering this was a new system but I may take that out with Lennox and not DelAir. Other than that I am pleased with the system.
