The faucet is working correctly, and to date, so is the drain, however, the entire bottom of the cabinet is so damaged must be replaced. First, please note that I went to great lengths not to make either review personal. Apparently, you do not "know" me at all. I am not at all upset about our breakup, as it was I who first asked several times, and then finally insisted, that you leave. I am, however, upset that I am having to cope with having repairs effected to my kitchen cabinet and my recently renovated bath/shower window, tub and vanity shelf that were damaged by your actions or lack thereof; repairs that should have already been effected several months ago. Angie's List is a tool for consumers to evaluate goods and service providers so that the consumer may make an educated choice for work to be done on their most valuable and precious asset - Their home. Reviews are submitted for both good and poor work. If after a week or a few months anything is substantially wrong with the services provided by any of the other companies that I have reviewed, there WILL be an honest update for that review, just as there has been with this one. Telling the truth is not "harassment." It is simply telling the truth, which is exactly what Angie's List is all about. I did note, as I'm certain the staff who reviewed my update noted, that nowhere in your response have you stated that my facts as alleged are not anything but true and correct, but instead you choose to personally attack me for having the audacity to speak the truth. Next, please read what is written in the review. No where does it say that my kitchen was remodeled by you or anyone else. It does say that you replaced the faucet and drain, which you did. It states the facts. The drain was not initially installed correctly, causing damage to my cabinet. I also stated that the drain was re-installed and now works fine, but that my cabinet still remains damaged. This occurred in late February/early March. You finally left in mid-July, and for the three and one-half months prior did not repair the cabinet, even though you said consistently during that time that you would. I am now forced to pay someone else to effect this repair. As for enjoyment of the bathroom, it was and is my ONLY full bathroom. Of course I am going to use and enjoy what I can of it. The fact that the grout lasted less than a month around the window would naturally give anyone cause for concern, not to mention the fact that neither the window, nor the tub, have been caulked. Add to that the damage to the vanity shelf caused by the leak less than a week after installation of the vanity and bathroom fixtures. All of this occurred in early December, 2011; all of which you stated during the six and one-half months that you continued to live in my home that you would remedy, and did not. You tout yourself as well-experience and professional. Despite the fact that you lived in my home, I had every right to expect and receive that level of experience and professionalism in the work that you did to my home. I cannot help it if the choices you've made reflect poorly on you.

I bought my c.1972 house in September, 2009, with the knowledge that the one full bath would need work. Soon. After discussing the needed renovations with Mr. King, he pointed out that since so much needed to be replaced because of a mold problem, now was the time to decide what I really, truly wanted. I planned to be in the house for a very long time, so why not take into consideration what I wanted, not just what I needed? Mr. King assisted me in every step of choosing the right tile, tub, vanity, lighting, fixtures, whirlpool tub, etc. The crown molding gives a finishing touch to the room, and the paint and fixtures are exactly what I wanted. So instead of just having a functional, dated bathroom, I now have an absolutely beautiful "mini-spa" to enjoy for many years to come! Update - December 2011: Mr. King installed the bathroom vanity with sink and fixtures and shortly thereafter, I noticed a leak which warped the shelves in the vanity. Mr. King did correct the leak, however, the vanity shelves are still damaged. Update - August 2012: Mr. King used a grout around the bathroom window that has erroded from the shower hitting it. He was made aware of the problem in February 2012 and has never fixed this problem. I have since hired another company to cure this problem.
