Description of Work: They rid my laptop of virus. Charged an extra $80 to keep information on hard drive (photos, documents, etc.). Also paid $69 for diagnostic of desktop PC. They were unable to find problem, but suspected graphics card. Found dust on fan and graphics card. For $370 (including the $80 to save my info), they would have replaced the graphics card. I chose not to have that service. So they put it back together. DID NOT EVEN CLEAN THE DUST OFF THE FAN!!! Wasted $69 for diagnostic. Will purchase new PC for less than the $370 estimate.

They were excellent. It went really well. They got right to it and found out what was wrong and took care of it. I find it very valuable. There hasn't been a problem since then. Great.
Description of Work: I used Computer Center of Sanford for computer service.
