Description of Work: I spoke to Clark in the morning- he told me there was a 75.00 service charge - but only if a repair was not done. They would not charge a service charge if the repair was done. He sent John. John arrived at 12:00 and was collecting a check at 12:15. He vaccuumed the coils behind my refrigerator. It took all of 2 minutes.. For that, they charged a $75.00 trip charge that was supposed to be negated with the repair and and additional $50.00! WHAT A RIP OFF.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE TERRIBLE.....I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN....

+ -1 moreI REALLY WASN'T THAT INVOLVED. HE CAME IN, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT. HE ANSWERED THE CALL WHEN I CALLED HIM, AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THE WATER DISPENSER WAS NOT WORKING ON THE REFRIGERATOR, AND HE REPAIRED THAT.
