when there was a problem the answering service is in Orlando, and very, very difficult to reach them. Took a week of calling daily. Seems to be a disconnect between service and technicians, but it is most frustrating. I also feel that the ac system they recommended was not the one I originally picked, and I am sorry I went with their choice.

They arrived on time. The crew were hard workers. When job was completed they cleaned up. You would never know that they had done any work. The project manager and supervisor both took time to answer my questions. I would recommend highly Aspen Home Improvements.

Everything when well and in a timely manner.

Very professional company. Provided complete roofing service from an excellent contract which is sometimes not provided with some contractors, to scheduling, and taking care of all roofing details, from skylights, to pool solar heaters, roof vents, and quality removal and installation.

It went very well. The dumpster came at 7:30 am, and the workers came at 8:00 am. They worked for two full days. It was completed efficiently. The third day the project manager came to receive our payment, and the dumpsters were removed that day. Their cleanup was excellent.

Very satisfied with the job. Everyone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of materials and application from job proposal to completion of project. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Clean up was thorough and safety was a priority through out.

Very professional from sales to installation, couldn’t have asked for better service. Installers cleaned as they went and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Even the building inspector said they did a top notch job!

excellent. I was so pleased with the salesman Josh and his relaxed method of sales. He wasn't the lowest in price or the highest. But I can tell you his knowledge of product, financing, time frame for installation, recommendations for each quality of roof was so easy and spot on. They actually were able to start the job sooner. The crew was so perfect in workmanship and helpful attitude when we asked questions. The entire team of this company was excellent.

The roofing and gutter crews were some of the hardest working professionals I've seen. I researched the shingle and found it to be one of the best out there. I love the color. They also had to remove the swimming pool solar panels and again they did a magnificent job. Kip was the salesman that sold me. He was excellent at explaining the products they would be using and he answered all of my questions. You really have to be careful when picking a company to do business with and bottom line I'd recommend Aspen Home Improvements to everyone.

Twice as what the competition, price wise, is charging. Demanded a down payment. Gave them $500. The competition was quoting a price significantly lower than Aspen. I cancelled the contract and asked for my $500 back. Aspen refuses to refund my down payment.

I am pleased overall resulting in the excellent rating above. A few issues could have been handled better had attention to detail been exercised during tearing off the old roof. Only one of the workers spoke English; communication with him was not easy when I asked questions like, "why weren't tarps used to cover the shrubs and landscape near the house", etc. I felt some degree of care should have been taken when throwing torn off roofing to the ground. In the final analysis, the huge mess was minimalized but could have been largely prevented. I believe that an Aspen supervisor or designee should have been on the job site throughout the process. The professionalism of each of your staff members, namely Jonah Brown your great salesman, and the others with whom I had contact, Chris, Evan, Justin and Mike, was "top of the mark" and very much appreciated. I will absolutely recommend your company. My new roof is beautiful!!!

The whole experience was great and easy. The roofing team completed the roof in three days, kept the work area clean, and were very professional. The installation manager, Mike, kept me up to date and responded to all of my questions promptly. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and highly recommend this company.
