+ 0 moreNot an exaggeration: He took half the money up front in December '17 and it's now almost May '18 and he has not showed up and has cancelled on 20+ occasions. My roof now has more damages and it cold potentially affect my health (Mold/asthma). They are scam artists.

+ -1 moreThey were quite honest, they could have given me an estimate to replace the roof but he said no we can repair that. I think they are very honest, they do good work and they have been in business for 40 some years in this area. They're good.
Description of Work: They did some roof repair, replaced some shingles and flashing.

+ -1 moreCalled this company for an estimate. Left a voice mail and they did call back. They sent a person over exactly when they said they would. Repair person looked at the exterior of the roof then told us it would cost $100 to find the leak then depending on the extent of the problem it could be a cheap or expensive repair. They would not go in the attic to look without being under contract. This was not the kind of "free estimate" I was expecting.

+ -1 moreI DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY WERE DONE IN TWO DAYS. THEY WERE HERE, TOOK THE OLD ROOF OFF, AND PUT THE NEW ROOF ON. THERE WAS NO FUSS AND NO MESS. I CALLED AROUND CHECKING PRICES FOR OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES, AND THEY WERE A LOT HIGHER PRICED FOR THE SAME THING. IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A LOT LONGER FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND START THE JOB AND GET IT DONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE ROOF AND TOOK AWAY THE OLD ONE. THEY ARE THE NEW KIND OF SHINGLES.

+ -1 moreTHIS REPAIR OCCURRED TWO DAYS BEFORE HURRICANE CHARLIE. THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL ON THIS REPAIR AND EASED STRESS A LITTLE BIT BEFORE THE STORM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED AND INSTALLED SHINGLES (EVEN DRIP AND FLASHING TO PREVENT LEAKING IN).
