There was a draining issue where water pooled up in front of the home back entrance thus creating a hazard when entering the home on the tiled floor slippery. The customer service woman Laura was the worst and the problem never resolved. I would never recommend this company. The BBB was notified

Absolutely the worst vendor we have ever worked with! We hired All Phase Pool Remodeling to resurface our pool in May. They clogged our pipes with concrete! Now, our bottom drain doesn’t work and neither do our spa jets. After many visits by their staff they have not fixed the problem. Now they want to put acid in our pool to try to desolve the concrete. This can damage the finish they just did and our pipes. Today (6 months later!) we heard from the manager! They are taking NO responsibility for anything they’ve done wrong. They have been downright rude to deal with and completely unprofessional. Incredible! We will be taking them to court to get our $ back. Our advice: GO with a pool company that knows what they are doing or pay the price for substandard work!

Mic the salesman was very helpful initially but now has failed to respond to messages or phone calls. The pool was completed mostly on time with very little communication from Jennifer the scheduler of the different workers. Once they said the pool was done I found a leak from pool light conduit. I made sure Jennifer knew there was a leak coming out the pool light conduit and that it needed to be fixed. So she sent out the repairman and he said he fixed it. At that time she demanded the last payment for the supposedly fixed pool. I waited a few days then checked the conduit and found more water. Since we hadn't received any rain in a month it had to be from the light. I contacted Jennifer again and we still sit on a work order list a month later light unfixed leaking water. She apparently doesn't like to speak on the phone much because she rarely answers or returns calls. The only way I've been able to reach her has been email and when I requested the repair again she responded not with good customer service but in a rude manner. I originally went this company because they are among the biggest in Orlando and highly rated among builders. For that reason we went with the highest bid of the several others we got. Although the pool looks good, the fact that they've forgotten about our leak disgusts me. Like many companies today once you pay them they more to the next customer whether the job is complete or not. Use them at your own risk.

I apologize for the late review. I have been in contact with All Phase Pool Remodeling company and American SPS company located in Altmamonte Springs since the work was done. I would alert customers to NOT use either of these companies. They DO NOT stand behind their work and it is NOT customer friendly. As of today May 11, 2016 I have made numerous calls over the past two weeks to American SPS and have NO response. (Their voice message states "your call is very important to us and someone will respond by the end of the day". I haven't heard from them in two weeks. Additionally my pool service company has been calling for over two weeks and have received NO response. I am faced with replacing their salt system with reputable brand such as Hayward, etc. I beg you folks out there to NOT use either of these companies. They DO NOT stand behind their work and they work with substandard contractors. Save yourself lots of money!

What a horrible experience!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The front edge of the steps where they removed the existing tile is not even or smooth, there are no tile replaced at the steps as agreed on, there are gapping holes between the new finish and the existing tiles (where water leaks out behind the pool). They demanded the entire balance of $5, 600 before the work was complete with the exception of $250. Once the check was given to them, they have left us with a pool that looks like crap and leaks from the sides. To repair the pool, we have to drain it and pay the water bill to have it filled TWICE!!! VERY UNHAPPY!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEARTACHE!!

The pool resurfacing was okay in part except for where the tile work was done. Where the tile was replaced a few weeks after the job was done, at one location some of the "concrete filler between the tile and the coping area started to "sink" and so there is a "caved in" area and also where the coping sits on the deck, mold is now growing. The sales man told me I had a 1 year warranty on the deck work, but has failed to return my calls about the problem. The construction scheduler was told about the problem above the tile and she said send pictures, which I did. She said that was not covered under warranty. She would not send someone to look at the problem, but only offered to have someone "clean off" the mold and after that I was on my own. I asked for the phone number of the tile setter so I could talk to him about the problem, but she refused saying the company does not give out that information. I asked to speak with a manager for the company and she said she would have someone call me. I got a call from someone from the company who left a message saying he would call back. He never did. He also did not leave his return number so I could call him. His phone number he called from was "blocked" on my phone system so there was no way I could call him. The installation of the drain involved using a concrete saw. The company had someone do the work who kept saying words to the effect he really didn't want to do the job. The concrete saw splashed concrete-filled water on the walls, doors and windows around the back of the house in the pool area. The company sent someone to pressure wash the area after I asked several times. Finally I had to do it myself as the pressure wash still left a white sheen on the walls, doors and windows. The deck resurfacing was also a problem as the salesman told me the coping would be resurfaced, but the same installer who complained about cutting in the drain, said that wouldn't work well. He did not do a good job on the coping and so I had to ask that someone correct it. The company removed that installer after I asked, but instead of resurfacing the problem areas, someone came out and painted the spots where the work wasn't done right and now some of the painted areas are fading and of a different color. In fairness to the company I did not ask for the coping to be re-surfaced, but that was before I found out that where the paint was applied, it would start fading. All in all if I had known I was going to be treated this way I would never had hired them.

As I looked at it after a period of time, I realized a couple of things weren’t done right. But, it was too late when I discovered it. If I would of looked at it ahead of time, I would have had them come out to re-do some things. I was not entirely happy with Pavers.

Most work okay but constant delays. Workers scheduled often did not show up. Quoted 2-3 weeks from start to finish. Actually, it took more that three months. Workers walked on deck before cured. Deck was touched up with WRONG color. Entire deck had to be repainted. Glass wall installed incorrectly, had to be redone. Wrong item replaced in filter. Took several weeks for correction.

They didn't finish the job after 3 months. They lost their foreman so they never even came to even see the job. I had to hire another company to do it.

They had poor communication. I had to call them a few times to get responses. The worker was supposed to explain the care of the pool to me and he didn't. Overall, they did do a good job.
