Agape Irrigation

On Saturday morning the irrigation system would not shut down on its own. So we called several services. Agape irrigation were extremely responsive and punctual. They gave a call before coming and solved the problem promptly. Would hire Jim for irrigation services again!

No need to to look any further. This is a family owned business that i have used twice, and this sometimes hard to please reviewer, was notably impressed on several levels. 1. The knowledge displayed by James and his staff is top notch. What I thought was a major problem was quickly solved by James and fixed in less than 5 minutes. (Online and phone call help from the manufacturer had caused them to replace 2 units under warranty for the problem). 2. Honesty When i ask him to upgrade the system for a particular problem, he found a better and cheaper way to do it and solve the problem. His honesty and knowledge saved me some money and cost him what he could have easily charged, but he gained a customer for life 3. Pricing. The last time James was out and handed me the bill I questioned him about the bill ( I thought he had left something out) He explained the bill, which was correct, His prices are just that good. For and Knowledgeable, Honest , and Fair pricing in irrigation repair, there is no other choice.

The two young men were punctual, polite, efficient, and professional. Agape Irrigation did excellent work and I'm pleased with their service.

Mr. Jacobs did an outstanding job, very professional, courteous, and informative. Spent time with me explaining the different sprinkler heads and their operation. A true professional service company and without any of the price gouging typically practiced by small job contractors in FL. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I can HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Great. All zones were tested, non-working heads were replaced and in areas not receiving enough coverage, heads were adjusted or switched out to a different type.

We came across many hurdles but they always had the right solution.

Jim is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He walked me through everything that he was going to do before he did it, and he completed the work efficiently. He charges an hourly rate and worked on various other small problems I had with my sprinklers to fill up the hour time. I cannot recommend him enough. It is hard to find trustworthy and reliable tradesmen these days, and when you do, it is a breath of fresh air. I will ALWAYS use Agape Irrigation in the future for any irrigation or sprinkler needs. Jim is a true gem!

We received fantastic service from Jim Jacobs at Agape Irrigation. We were without water due a broken pipe. It was the morning after the hurricane passed our area. It was Saturday also, which is a day that many service companies will not work or if they do, they charge a higher rate for a weekend call. We found Agape on Angie's List and called them. When I explained our situation, Jim was in the middle of his own personal cleanup from the storm, but he and his terrific assistant immediately jumped in his truck and they were at our home about 30 minutes. His price was extremely reasonable and the work done was top-notch. I cannot say enough good things about this fine man who is indeed honoring his daughter by being a compassionate, honest, and hardworking gentleman.
