FFF-FAIL! See my comments above.
Description of Work: Horrible service--there is no "triple A" service like their name suggests they are an FFF! After tiling 2 bathrooms, kitchen & pool deck, the grout was never completed in both bathrooms, the workmanship is horrible on the kitchen & bathrooms & after several calls to follow up on problems saying they would correct there is no response after several months of trying to give them a chance. I herd Home Depot is using them to contract out, but I find this bad business if the case Home Depot & plan to make you aware of this situation. If it happened to my parents or family I'd be horrified as I am with my house & money spent, plus the amount of time all of this took. FFF+ rating to AAA Tile, INC. Chris Ward-Orlando FL 6/5/12
