Cyril explained the work as it progressed and he kept on top of the expenses as well and tried to minimize the EXPECTED surprises with any demolition. At the end of each day the work area was kept clean and safe. The area was swept and equipment was stored safely away. Cyril's coordination is flawless and his work ethics phenomenal. He simply exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreOur home is our greatest asset and only a professional who takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist will do. Cyril has completed several projects on my home. He installed indoor and outdoor tiling including discretely ramping for wheelchair accessibility, constructed a custom large pantry in my kitchen after relocating the appliances, and he installed vinyl plank wood flooring in several rooms. Cyril has an eye for detail and since many of these projects are additions, he recommends materials that match perfectly to the original plan. I am in the process of a kitchen remodel. Cyril made several design options and we are ready to begin! Over the years, Cyril has painted inside and the exterior, repaired the wood siding, repaired roofing and appliances, installed blinds and ceiling fans, etc. He does it all and with the best results!

+ -1 moreThe job went well. I remodeled the entire kitchen and all of my bathrooms, but the exception of the refrigerator on the appliances were installed, including dishwasher and garbage disposal. Recessed lights were installed in my kitchen, patio lights and fans were installed and new lighting fixtures were installed in many of the rooms, my only regret is that I did not take before and after picture
Description of Work: My three bathrooms were completely renovated, except for the bathtubs. My kitchen was completely renovated with all new appliances, except for the refrigerator multiple light fixtures were installed. Multiple shelves were installed. Gutters were also installed.

+ 2 moreCyril's Home repairs did such an amazing job on this room, that when people see it, they can't imagine it ever being a living room. He even built in a deep walk-in closet, fully equipped with electrical outlets and an overhead light. It's the only walk in closet in the house and it is fabulous. He painted, added drywall to build in a door where there used to be an open breezeway, added new baseboards and painted the outside of the room to match the door. All in all, he did a phenomenal job in a timely manner! He even mounted the flat screen TV that we had, when all the painting and main work was done. Most importantly, he quoted us a fair and reasonable price in the beginning, and never increased the price on us throughout the entire project. He was honest, fair, hardworking, and dependable. I have a whole list of home improvement projects that I'm saving up for him to return and complete.
Description of Work: We had to move my grandmother in because she could no longer live on her own. We weren't sure how to make it work at first, but then we settled on turning the living room (that no one ever really used) into an extra bedroom.

We've trusted him in our home when we weren't there (because we have to work). He locks up when he's finished and everything of ours was in place when we returned home. He is conscientious, reliable, honest and he doesn't talk very much. He's about getting the job done.
Description of Work: We've had a number of things done by Cyril's Home Improvement. 1) Renovated a walk-in closet for my parents master bedroom - Excellent 2) Restore the kitchen cabinets, counter tops and floor after the pipe leaked under the kitchen sink - Counter top was custom built - Excellent 3)Renovated the hall bathroom, gutted the cabinets, counter tops and flooring, laid new flooring, custom built counter top and cabinets (from a drawing I provided) with self closing drawers - Excellent 4) Built a custom bookshelf/library from a drawing we provided that held books, our 48" TV and our sizable, stand alone fireplace - Excellent (when we sold the house it was our signature point in the house) 5) Replaced/repaired leaking toilets & sinks - Excellent 6) Laid flooring (tile, carpet & vinyl) - Excellent 7) Installed light fixtures, fans, hang oversized mirrors, wall mounted cabinets, built tile around laundry room and garage sinks - Excellent 8) Installing new electrical outlets, outdoor lighting fixtures (flood lights, coach lights, etc.) - Excellent 9) Installed crown molding and painted the entire interior of our home using colonial colors - Excellent 10) Repaired both our washer and our dryer numerous times. + 5 moreCustomer service is so important to me. Once you contact him, you feel a willingness to do the work. He is always on time and is so meticulous. Wires are put away, very clean and on time. His cost is very fair, within the going rate. The work is done timely, efficiently and you feel secure and that you trust him and he is very honest. He also does work at my church, so I am very comfortable using him. I have gone out while he is working in my home and felt very secure giving the code to my alarm to do work for me while I was gone and also at the church. I've seen him do work from installing a valve to replacing a roof.
Description of Work: I needed a fireplace on the wall and needed a flat screen tv installed. And he hung some curtain rods in my home. He has also installed a doorbell for me. He can do anything: plumbing, electrical, roofing, refrigeration, installing fence, yard work, irrigation, pre-inspection to pass fire marshall inspection, water fountain repair, painting. He is a Jack of All Trades. There's hardly anything he cannot do. If he can't do it, he will refer you.
