Called { Remove company name } and they were supposed to have free estimate, sent out a tech that could hardly speak English. He screwed a wire on the sensor, it did not t work, and stated that I needed new springs at a grand and an opener for over a grand. I showed him web said 250 to 500. Then he charged me $ 180 that was supposed to be a free estimate. Asked why, he said it was to hook up the sensor that did not work. Called Pro Lift, he said Tech Robbie would be right out. Robbie checked it out, gave me a quote to replace it all and was close to the price of just the springs from GARAGE AND GATES. Which I will never recommend to anyone. But Pro Lift got the job done Quick and Right ? Thanks Guys!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very deceptive. I have a garage door issue and went on Angie and found this company. I spoke with the owner, Donovan. I told him the garage belt has broken but it's under warranty. He gave me 2 prices- one if he supplied the belt and another if I supplied the belt. Since the manufacturer mailed me a belt, I called him up and said lets do it. He said his worker would call me. After many attempts to call the worker, he finally responded to my texts and said he will not honor that price Donovan gave me. Instead he wants me to pay significantly more. BAIT AND SWITCHED ME.

Donovan, the technician, was prompt, courteous and provided excellent service in repairing our problematic garage door opener. I highly recommend him and his company for your needs!

I really am happy with this installation. The only thing is if you currently have MyQ onyour garage their Maveo version is very limited. I would have purchased a MyQ compatible garage opener if I had known. If you do not need the MyQ then this company is great; the installation and service are impeccable. BTW, they can do installation with MyQ. My unit just doesn't support it.

DJ came out and fixed my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the benefits of using auto locks on my door. Now I'm feel safe knowing that someone can not break into my house through my garage door. Thanks DJ
