He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"

We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. They loaded the truck with all of my items and basically held them hostage and told me they wanted to charge me per flight of stairs after they already knew stairs were involved. The movers were nice but unfortunately once they had my items they had their manager call me and sat around to unload everything. And the manager raised the rates. Your final quote will be way more and they refuse to unload before paying what the ?estimate? the time will be. Not very fast and efficient and was told it was due to one of the gentlemen being older. Time is money and being a moving company you should have fast movers. What should have been a 3-4 hour job turned into 7hours. Make sure to ask about any additional fees they may charge you for prior to your booking."
